Very personable and professional - Nate was great
Technician Jill is very thorough, making sure to address all my concerns.
The purpose of today’s visit was to treat the inside of my garage. Phillip is an outstanding employee & great asset for Greenix pest control. He was kind, patient & efficient. Answered all my questions. Great communication. In addition, to treating the inside of my garage, he performed a general inspection of my…
Hi Greenix! Jordan was here today and before he treated my house and lawn, we chatted about what I needed. He was most knowledgeable and very polite. Also very well trained. Thank and kudos to Jordon!
Great work
This company is the worst I have ever seen,I called these people to come out and take care of a mouse issue, when they came they sent a kid who knew absolutely nothing about this,we had active mice in our basement and this was mentioned when I booked the appointment,I would not recommend this company at all, next time…
Jordan was very methodical in getting at those insects that cause me problems, like spiders trying to get inside, webbing my windows and nasty wasps. I particularly love that he used tools that applied spray and granular products that bugs hate. Refilled baiting stations to rid the area of mice. Great job, Jordan.
Jordan did an excellent job treating my home for my pest control needs. He was very nice and listened to my concerns.
Thank you Josh for your expertise and great communication on our October application. The Box Edler bugs continue to fall to their demise. Thank you very much!
Philip did a great job! He was the most thorough guy we have had yet. He took a lot of time to clear the webs from outside. Much better than the last guy who I had to call back twice.
I paid $300 for wasp and general insect treatment. They came and knocked around with a brush on a pole and did a spot powder treatment. They did not do the general bug treatment that was a part of my contact even when I asked about it. The next day I go out and find a really obvious hornet nest that they missed. I…
Josh did a fabulous job treating our property and was very knowledgeable, respectful, communicated well and was very polite!
Very good through!!!!!
Samantha was personable, knowledgeable and explained everything from our service today.
Very thorough
I contacted Greenix because I was getting ants inside my house every August. I explained that they typically appeared for about a month and then disappeared, and I initially wanted treatment for just a month or two. Greenix told me they could not solve the problem that way and that I needed to sign up for a 12-month…
Aaron E did above and beyond phenomenal job to clear all our bugs webs and sprayed all. Thanks again.
Samantha was great! Very professional, organized, and thorough!
Very good job of keeping our home pest free. The employees of greenix are fantastic and take great pride in doing a good job. Always ready to listen to any concerns and correct a problem.
Great job. Always professional and courteous.
The crew that was here was very professional and courteous. The lead man explained fully what they were going to do .
Don't sign with these clowns. They lied about some sort of discount service aimed for a couple months, however the services were aimed for an entire year contract. Very expensive, they steal $60 a month from your debit card and the cancellation fee was $250 on top of what you still owed. 1st tech who came to perform…
Outstanding service from Aaron with today’s service. He listened to my concerns and corrected along with proactive treating of areas. Great communication. A+ service
Kenneth did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and provided great service. Thank you.

Samantha was amazing and we would like her every time.
We noticed an improvement, no ants, wasp going away and other insects. Satisfied so far.
Obediah (Oby) was fantastic! After a long day, he was still friendly, personable, and did a thorough job.
Brady and Kiree came to my home and serviced me professionally. They were very friendly; they knew their stuff; they were kind. And they were respectful. My yard is full of native plants and I didn't want them to touch any of those for any reason.
Obediah (Oby) was awesome to work with. He listened to my concerns, arrived ready and fully armed with anti bug and critter weapons, and he was sure to communicate what he was doing, how it works and what to expect!
Dr Dre was communicative, arrived exactly when he said he would, was personable, and explained exactly what would happen and provided thorough (and entertaining) documentation of what was done and what products were used. Professionalism and customer service at its best. 10/10.
Great service. Well done! Thanks for being thorough.
Nick and Alex from Greenix, as well as some of the Greenix admin team, have been easy to communicate with, provide accurate updates and observations, and have proven trustworthy to have on our property when we aren’t there. The pet safe and eco responsible products they use work just as well if not better than the…

Great service! Obediah was very helpful, listened to our concerns. I highly recommend Greenix as a service provider.
Emil Williams was informative, pleasant and efficient. I have had a ongoing problem with tiny flies. She said she was sure they were breeding and coming out of our drains. She gave me the advice of bleach, apple cider vinegar and a little Dawn. Said to do this for a couple weeks. That should solve the problem.
David was very helpful and kind at our service appointment today. I appreciated his meticulous approach and knowledge around products and pests.
Another good job by Greenix. August was able to complete all steps except the granular product, because of the rain. The products have been working very well for us.
Nick is my guy! Very helpful, showed photo evidence of areas of concern. Very quick to respond and take care of our pest issues. Said if there’s anything that comes up before their next scheduled visit to let them know and they’ll take care of it!

I miss when it was ROVE pest control. Their prices were better. Their services were more thorough. Since I run an in home childcare, ROVE was more understanding about sending the same person for the last 11 years (90% of the time, which was ok) rather than a stranger that didn't know what they were doing and/or was…

If I could rate Greenix a -10, I would. Rove customer and I had an absolutely amazing experience with them and rarely any issues. However, since Greenix’s acquisition, Greenix is only worried about upselling and not actual pest control. They’ve had to resurface our home several times explaining that it’s “free of…

I went with Rove as they were a highly rated local company with good reviews. They were bought out by Greenix shortly after and, while all the technicians I have personally encountered have been delightful, the company itself is horrible. I had a new problem that I basically got scammed into paying too much money…
Lane did a good job with the winter service, trudging through the snow to refill bait traps and using the duster to get all the eaves cleaned.
They missed bait traps and treated for things that weren’t concerns. They didn’t go inside the barn which is why I hired them. I want home when they came despite the fact that they know I want to be
Note that we pay $50 a month for quarterly service plus on demand wasp nest etc service. Over the past 2-3 years Rove, now Greenix, has greatly reduced the wasp, stink bug and spider issues we had. Communication throughout the process was excellent, arrived on time and was extremely thorough I appreciate that time was spent to address my questions as well as providing some helpful tips / best practices for around the home to help keep any creepy crawly's out of…
Brandon did an excellent job. He was thoughtful in explaining the service to me and made me feel reassured about catching the moles in our yard. He even took an extra step and explained to me how I could restore our grass from the moles damage. Really great experience and I hope he’s our technician going forward!!
Ed did a nice job explaining what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed list of everything he did. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Ed is very professional and personable!
Aaron did a great job on this rainy afternoon. Very complete application before winter sees in. The service provided has been excellent. Thanks again. Skip Anderson, Bloomington, MN.
Gary has been super helpful, and the services we get here got rid of our wasp and ant problem. They’re a great choice if you have bugs!
Scott came in and serviced my new home. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He provided excellent details (including photos) of his work, including his observations and recommendations. Well done, Scott.
Phillip and his partner did a fantastic job! Haven't seen any one do as good a job in several months!
Thank you for making a second trip to my home and finishing what was missed yesterday. I appreciate the thorough explanation of the extermination process and the reassurance that any bug or ant issues around the house are now resolved.
The service was fantastic and was very informative. Gave me a full break down of the service and what to expect
Aaron E was extremely helpful and explained everything. He was able to answer my questions and listened to me when I explained our rodent issues. He worked to mitigate rodent issues and entry points to prevent them from entering the house. Very pleased with the interaction.
Jonathan is great! Always goes above and beyond at his services.
Payton was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained additional things to me and was very upbeat and pleasant. He was very thorough during his visit.
Update: 9/30/2025 Brandon went above and beyond! Sprayed all over for mosquitoes and ticks, was super friendly and would highly recommend. Update: 5/14/2025 Nate came out and took care of mosquitoes and ticks for us. He did a great job and took extra care to get all of our property. Update: 4/22/2025 Ethan B has…
Lane was thorough and did efficient. He did a great job with communicating and he got rid of webs and creepy crawlers that I kept trying to get rid of myself. Especially pleased that he treated the top corner of my house where those darn wasps were trying to hide from the coming cold.
Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.
Greenix has always done well for us. Aaron was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. I like the follow up text afterwards to let us know what services were rendered.
Samantha, the service technician arrived at our home as indicated in the previous text message. She reviewed what areas they would be targeting and what products they would be using to mitigate any pest issues. She was friendly, professional, and provided clear information and pictures to show the work she had done.…
Nate did an amazing job!
Scott did a thorough job and am glad I was home when he came so we talk insects.
Mitchel spent more time here so I felt he was thorough
Dan did an awesome job of explaining things and providing facts regarding different pests and their habits. Very friendly and personable!
Aaron was awesome.
Nate did an amazing job and answered any questions that I had!
Tyler did a great job!
Never disappointed when Greenix comes around. Aaron E always has helpful tips and sends lots of pictures of the services provided so we know how hard they work for us!
Nate did an excellent job of explaining what he found and the service needed to eliminate the problem. Thanks Nate!
August my Servich Tech did an awesome job. All my concerns and questions were answered. I highly recommend August and will ask for him again next time.
Cameron asked what pest issues I was having and quickly and throughly applied pest control.
Emil was awesome! . Very personable and professional. Great work effort! 10 all the way around. If it was possible I would book all my Greenix treatments with Emil. Thanks again.
Dan is a good communicator and effective in his job
5 stars for Nate! He educated me on things, informed of all he was doing, suggested treatments that might be helpful based on what he saw in my gome/yard, and was an overall delight :)
Excellent job keeping me up to date with a breakdown of each task and sending pictures as the work is getting done. Thank you!
I usually don’t engage with door to door solicitors but the Greenix guy caught me outside gardening and I’m glad he did! Negotiated an agreement and there was a service rep same day who came to do the first application!
Jonathon was wonderful, very knowledgeable and thorough - I learned a lot while he inspected and completed his work!
Ethan did a great job!
Very friendly people who let you know when your pets can go outside after spraying. They tell you everything they did to your yard which is very helpful. Thank you again! Tyler you rock! Thanks for showing me the Vole boxes! Joddi
Very thorough and professional - technician took time to answer my questions and adjust treatments as necessary.
Best pest service Ive ever had. Seriously they have made for a wonderful summer free from mosquitoes, wasps, deer flies, and best of all my carrots and onions havent been stolen by critters. I live close to the river and woods, previous years were almost unbearable to be outside, on this particular visit Tyler did…
Always great customer service and very communicative in what they're doing, how they do it, and why. Best pest control service out there. Tyler is the best!
Ethan was such a wonderful pest control specialist. Very patient and willing to answer any and all questions! Greenix was able to have him come out after a very traumatic big incident the previous night and they were able to help so quickly and be a supportive company that I will fully trust for a long time.
I signed up yesterday and they came out today 0702. Seriously you can’t Beat that kind of service. Phillip the senior Technician, also had a trainee with him, I must mention that you can tell a good leader/ teacher by the way the student, trainee follows orders and carries them out and performs up to company…
Dan was very professional. Listened to our concerns and keep us informed on what they see and have completed.
We are now protected against ants, and insects that will emerge from winter as well as a variety of other bugs. We never needed extermination because the pests were deterred by them. They know each species they have to protect us from. They always inspect with each appointment and text me when they are on their…
I had Dre from Greenix. He swabbed all the cobwebs away and got rid of a wasps nest. He was polite and took pictures of all his work. Great Service!
Super friendly and great service!
Lane was at our place today, 6/24, and this was a few days earlier than our normal scheduled appointment but Lane checked in advance to make sure it was okay for him to come out today. Lane was very professional and shared pictures of what he found while working, which is really helpful and much appreciated! 🙌…
Adam G. went above and beyond to take care of our insect and spider concerns in the lower level of our house, making a special visit to do additional treatments at our request and providing insights as to what we were experiencing and how to combat. Professional, courteous, and detailed. Olivia did great.
Great every time! Thanks!
Jonathon did a great job! Wonderful communication and very thorough job. Highly recommend
Good service and great communication from Lane. Nice to know they use safe treatment that is natural too. We have grandchildren that we want to keep safe from man made chemicals.
Phillip came out this morning and did great job, he very detailed and listened to my concerns. Great job thank you
They come before the pests come! 😂
Emmett was really knowledgeable about his product, and did a great job with those pesky webs and spiders.
Cameron gave a very detailed report of how they protected my home. We appreciate the job well done.
Much happier over Aptive and Ecoshield. Greenix actually did what they said they would do, which is more than I can say for Ecoshield. Thomas was informative and awesome! He clearly answered all of my questions, was professional and sincere. Look forward to continued service, thanks!
Dr Dre came and treated my home expertly and without any fuss.
Phillip was very professional and let me know ahead of time he was coming and left detailed notes on what he had done!! Great service ❤️
Jimmy was very helpful with answering questions and making sure everything was done correctly.
Super effective. Love their services. Keeps our house free of insects and pests.
Technician Samantha was thorough, taking the time to allow me to express concerns prior to the visit and then following up with me afterwards. I was very pleased with the service.
Tyler was great!
Again Greenix sent another wonderful team member (Kenzie) who was phenomenal. She was very informed and quite thorough. She has a great personality and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Where does Greenix keep coming up with these great employees? Keep em coming and keep up the good work, Greenix!
Excellent! Hayden was very thorough. I also appreciate the communication before arriving, and the summary at the end of the job.
Always informed on status. Thank you
Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
Very good professional service by the technician.
We especially liked that staff took pictures and shared details with us.
Hey was very informative and helpful I'm excited to have a bug free summer.
Tyler and trainee was great very helpful, made sure to get all around the house and dewebbing among other things.
Ryan from Greenix recently completed our quarterly treatment and did an outstanding job. He let me know when he was arriving, arrived at that time, and ensured our home remains pest free. We’ve been using Greenix for a few years (they were formerly RISE Pest Control) and have been pleased with the service!
Kenzie has been the person doing my service the past couple times you guys have been out. She has been awesome with communication and professionalism also gets what’s she has to get done in a timely manner.
He was very good at letting me know when he would be here and told what he did.
Isaiah was personable, professional and efficient. Really enjoy this service!
The technician Samantha was very nice job descriptive but the greenix all around was not good experience all around didn't really work like okrkan.
Isiah was very professional and super friendly! He let me know all the work he applied and made sure I has zero concerns outside of the normal maintenance!
Greenix is always attentive to our needs and comes back if problems arise. We have a bad vole problem and they always add bate to traps and inform us of status of each trap after our service.
Thomas serviced my home in Burnsville and has handled my account since. I am no stranger to the "fine print" that many companies choose to use but was taken aback by Thomas. Instead of being a silver tongued worm he openly invited me to join him for his inspection. He found multiple entry points around my home and…
After an initial call to home office, a new technician named Kenzie came out and performed a wonderful job she listened to my concerns and successfully focused them. I am finally satisfied with today's service.
They do a great job explaining what they are doing and ensuring we are satisfied.
Glad I have this service, they do an outstanding job. The next day bugs are either dead or gone.
Samantha, our technician for today’s treatment was very professional and informed me of all treatments that would take place and also provided photos of items of concern to keep an eye on. I highly recommend Greenix Pest Control
Good so far, but will reserve final judgement - I will be interested to see if they are able to keep their promises and remove all voles from my property over the next year.
Took the time to answer a pest concern that they typically don’t deal with and provide a recommendation for how to proceed.
Never go through this company we moved out of the service zone and they told us to find someone to take it over or pay them a cancelation fee of 300 .their service don't even work if you want more bugs and an exiting fee.they are only about money.
Very cordial and professional service.
Jake is awesome. He was so detailed and sent me pictures so I could see what was going on. I will continue to use Greenix as long as I have people like Jake spraying my home 😊
Brent was on time and performed all services promised! He also took time to answer all of my questions. Great service!
Greenix is good if you get the right technician. We LOVED Robert. If I could get Robert every time, we would have given Greenix 5 stars. Not only did he do a thorough job of getting rid of the spider webs and wasps nest, but he took the extra time to explain why we were seeing what we were seeing and what pests…
I cannot comment on the product yet but I can say that the technician Thomas was very friendly and prompt. Super knowledgeable and I have high hopes that this will product/treatment will take care of our yellow jacket problem
They were over and above for me.
Customer service is great. Technician that come out to the house are very friendly. But the service I receive for the cost does not compare to my past company. Everything cost extra instead of it being all inclusive. I will not be extending my contract.
Every single staff member we encounter, it’s always knowledgeable, on time, and they must receive great training. Great job!!!
Tyler was very nice and professional. Took time at the beginning to address our areas of concern and did a thorough job applying the pest repellants.
Kenzie is so knowledgeable and I really appreciate her attention to detail- inside and outside of my home. She is wonderful!
Robert was our representative/inspector, he was very professional, and helpful. He was very nice and we felt very safe with what he was wearing, etc. Treated us with respect and listened to our needs. I recommend him and their services.
It was the right time to get this done.
Friendly service providers but I have not seen any improvement in our pest control. They cleared all the spiders webs from our home and treated the areas and with in a week all the spiders and their webs are back.
We unexpectedly ended up with a spring tail infestation. Totally gross. I called eight different pest control companies, by far these guys were the most informed, understanding, able to come out quickly, with reasonable pricing. Definitely worth considering. Jim.
Brandon was skilled at addressing all of the pest issues around the house.
Nate explained the process very well and did a great job with the treatment.
Kenzie and Seth were amazing— quick, professional and so nice.
They taking care your home area
My service technician (Jimmy) was very professional and answered all my questions. He gave me suggestions which were very helpful. Better than any other service technician! Thanks again for the great job!
Kenzie is the best! I want her for all my follow up treatments 💚😁
Ryan did an excellent job of explaining exactly what he was doing. When he was done he asked if I had any questions or concerns. Feel like I finally have found a trustworthy service for our house.
Responsive, professional and effective so far
Joy was very thorough when she performed our service. She checked in with me when she first arrived. She listened to a couple new concerns. She did a fabulous job!! Very professional, polite, and easy to talk to. Thank you Greenix!!
Joy N was awesome! She listened and made sure to take care of all our concerns. My only complaint is that for the amount of money paid per month the services don't equate. I pay $63 a month and the technicians only come out every 3 months, it seems like a lot of money to pay for such few visits. I missed a visit,…
Fast and efficient service. Nate was courteous and answered all my questions.
Robert is awesome! He did a great job explaining the services provided and helped us pick a plan that was right for our home and needs. When making the appointment Josh was very helpful. I had a good experience working with this company.
Our technician, Dorvenst, was very professional and very responsive to what our needs were. Very friendly too.
Very detailed in what they found and what they did. Educational and open to answer any of the questions I asked.
The service guy was great! Explained everything and did a great job

Samantha did a great job servicing my house today!
Communicated everything they did as they were doing it.
Nate let us know he would be coming out and spoke to my husband to see if we had any concerns and to let him know what he was doing. He gave us updates throughout, and let us know what had been done. He was very friendly and quick!
Was playin switching service but management solved issue immediately I was very well pleased
Very happy with service!
Friendly and professional.
Good job.
I have been a customer of Greenix and prior company before they were bought by Greenix - I would estimate 10 years. They have come to our home quarterly. It was always their policy that they could do one service (above and beyond general maintenance) if needed; once per quarter. We've had them come out maybe a…
Great friendly service!
Very professional
We have been using Greenix for a year. The have been through and help meet all out needs.
Mason was great, easy to work with very informative, pricing was on par and better than all other quotes I got, looking forward working with them on going
mason was very professional and went beyond his expectations. we asked for internal spraying and he did everything that was asked.
Todays insect "extermination" is walking with a Brush! only Doing part of my home! As you can see he didn't do the hole front Door !! Don't get me started about what he is spraying on the front of the house by the front two windows and miss the hole front of the house!! No one whent to the back of my home because my…
Quick and thorough service! Great professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others.
10 out 10 I recommend!
The tech Mason was great and helpful as well as very informative of the things he was doing and different options they offered. Very pleasant to deal with as well.
Our Tech, Mason Wylie, is very personable and informative and a great guy
Great service, he was on time and very thorough and let me know of everything he did.
the technician was just amazing. The definition of above and beyond. The guys not only took care of the pests but shovel my driveway.
Very polite and thorough with his follow up
We have had the yearly subscription since July. And we have had someone out the middle of July and middle of December. So TWICE!!!?!? The subscription I pay for is suppose to be EVERY 3 months!!! But I do not get that!! I pay my almost $60 every month, but do NOT get my services from Greenix like my contract…
Great service
We had a sales person come to our door in April and we signed up for service. They took 3 months payment. They said they performed the service the day after. One agent told me it was missed and the account person said it was performed. They never returned for service after that and starting taking monthly payments…
