I had a great experience with Samantha and Davonte. Yellowjackets were coming into our house they were able to identify the location inside the house quickly, give me some tips on what to do right after they used their spray/powder and did an external sweep of the house for other pests. Greenix has been maintaining our home’s pest-free environment since 2021. Our technician, Dr. Dre, is punctual and keeps us updated on his treatments and the overall condition of our home.

So far my experience has been 4 star. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and patient. Service started the next day. Emil, the tech was great. She explained everything. I'll not rate the cost until I see how successful they are in eliminating the mice🙂
I had an absolute infestation of box elder bugs a year ago. I signed up with Rove, which became Greenix, for a year of pest control. The box elder problem was eliminated. The pest control techs who came to my house were knowledgeable and friendly.

Emil stopped by to inspect the bait boxes and for any possible entry points into the house. So far it’s keeping mice outside, my traps inside have shown minimal activity since bait boxes were installed outside. Emil was very friendly and thorough.

Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.

Poor service, not thorough. Used them in Woodbury when they were Rove and before th merger. Missed multiple mouse, squirrel, and even a raccoon entry point (another pest company found all of them and documented). Can’t recommend.

I usually don’t engage with door to door solicitors but the Greenix guy caught me outside gardening and I’m glad he did! Negotiated an agreement and there was a service rep same day who came to do the first application!
