I have not seen any critters since the treatment. Thank you
Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.
Great help and the response time was quick. They were great at thier job and now to wait and see if the bugs go away. Obediah did a great job with my home

Mikey was very thorough and professional. It was as good an experience you could have when dealing with a possible infestation. Didn’t try to oversell me on anything at all. Just did what we needed. Thanks again Mikey!
Phillip was very knowledgeable and professional.
Cameron asked what pest issues I was having and quickly and throughly applied pest control.
Spent extra time discussing and showing me where the issues were coming from in the first place! Thx!
I usually don’t engage with door to door solicitors but the Greenix guy caught me outside gardening and I’m glad he did! Negotiated an agreement and there was a service rep same day who came to do the first application!
Vong was excellent and took the time I needed to find the right package for us. He is not pushy while letting us know what relevant services his company can provide to take care of the pests we’ve been dealing with. He communicated well and we are excited to see the results!
Great Service by Brandon!

They come before the pests come! 😂
Emmett was really knowledgeable about his product, and did a great job with those pesky webs and spiders.
Much happier over Aptive and Ecoshield. Greenix actually did what they said they would do, which is more than I can say for Ecoshield. Thomas was informative and awesome! He clearly answered all of my questions, was professional and sincere. Look forward to continued service, thanks!
Phillip was very professional and let me know ahead of time he was coming and left detailed notes on what he had done!! Great service ❤️

Isaiah was our pest control agent, he's kind, great listener, and very professional. My husband is 93 years old and Isaiah was caring and respectful to him. This means a lot to us, as many young people are rather turned off by Seniors. Thank you for sending Isaiah to us. Sincerely, Suzanne Udeen
Greenix Cory has done a fantastic job around here and any questions are answered he will go above to get the job done. Very satisfied customer. Brad Johnson

Thomas serviced my home in Burnsville and has handled my account since. I am no stranger to the "fine print" that many companies choose to use but was taken aback by Thomas. Instead of being a silver tongued worm he openly invited me to join him for his inspection. He found multiple entry points around my home and…

Every single staff member we encounter, it’s always knowledgeable, on time, and they must receive great training. Great job!!!
Kenzie is so knowledgeable and I really appreciate her attention to detail- inside and outside of my home. She is wonderful!
Excellent service, good people. Hit all the areas of concern.
We unexpectedly ended up with a spring tail infestation. Totally gross. I called eight different pest control companies, by far these guys were the most informed, understanding, able to come out quickly, with reasonable pricing. Definitely worth considering. Jim.
Nate did a great job and I appreciate that he took the time to explain the things he did and why! Very professional
Jabril (who is super friendly and professional) came by today to help with our hornet/bee problem. Did a thorough inspection and treated our home inside and out. Above and beyond. Can’t confirm if treatment made a difference yet, but I’m hopeful!

Awesome guy and great customer service
Most of the time I was very pleased with the service. Only once was I disappointed. The technician didn't do the back of the house but didn't bother mentioning it to anyone. I knew he didn't do the back because it was Winter and there were no tracks in the snow. I know I should have put in a complaint but all of the…
Kenzie is the best! I want her for all my follow up treatments 💚😁

Orlando was very kind and helpful today! He made sure to keep my kitties safe, as well as a thorough inspection/spray. We talked about our best options and he did was we felt was most suitable for the home. Thank you for giving me hope for calling a service business like so!
Our first application of greenix was in August, in Sept we noticed spiders were still an issue and they came back and did a reservice of product. So far this has been the best winter without spiders in the house.
Their field technical staff is good and the product definitely works. I am only giving 3 stars, as their scheduled appointments are constantly changing, being cancelled etc. they are always apologetic, but apologies only go so far.
