Jordan listened to our concerns and did a great job!
Very personable and professional - Nate was great
Philip Nielsen was the technician that serviced my. Home for a possible biting bug infestation. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would give him 5 for his great work and attention to detail! Thanks so much!!! GH
Edit: 10/15/2026: Ethan came out today and sprayed and filled the bait boxes. I am in my third month of service and we no longer have mice as far as I can tell. I did fill a hold outside that they were getting in and put traps in the house and filled a hole in the house as well. I think the bait traps are what…
Technician Jill is very thorough, making sure to address all my concerns.
Alyssa did a great job for us. Pest control has been great
Hi Greenix! Jordan was here today and before he treated my house and lawn, we chatted about what I needed. He was most knowledgeable and very polite. Also very well trained. Thank and kudos to Jordon!
When Catherine arrived she asked my concerns and shared what else she was planning on accomplishing. When finished she shared what he accomplished and followed up with pictures.
Jordan was very methodical in getting at those insects that cause me problems, like spiders trying to get inside, webbing my windows and nasty wasps. I particularly love that he used tools that applied spray and granular products that bugs hate. Refilled baiting stations to rid the area of mice. Great job, Jordan.
Very detailed in what he did to our home. They are always so quick and professional and keep in touch with you if early, late or close to your house.
Thank you Josh for your expertise and great communication on our October application. The Box Edler bugs continue to fall to their demise. Thank you very much!
Jayden did a great job and was very efficient
I paid $300 for wasp and general insect treatment. They came and knocked around with a brush on a pole and did a spot powder treatment. They did not do the general bug treatment that was a part of my contact even when I asked about it. The next day I go out and find a really obvious hornet nest that they missed. I…
August was super nice, helpful, and efficient.

They allowed me to cancel due to dissatisfaction, when I called 2 months later to cancel they had a change of heart complete 180, a lady answered the phone saying she's a specialist and was unable to answer any of my simple questions or explanations, please do not say you're a specialist if you don't know your job.
We have been using Greenix since they took over for Rove. Dan was out today and did a great job. Even sent photos of the items he was taking care of while on site. Thank you!

Excellent service
Note that we pay $50 a month for quarterly service plus on demand wasp nest etc service. Over the past 2-3 years Rove, now Greenix, has greatly reduced the wasp, stink bug and spider issues we had. Moles still need lots of work. Dan, the tech, was great about notifying us that he was on the way, and then about letting us know what he did.
Ethan came out for quarterly visit. He took care of the creepy crawlies and rodents. He has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable about a variety of pests. He is welcome to return on future visits as I have complete confidence in his abilities.
Philip did a great job. We weren't home this time, but he took pictures of what he did (removed some wasp nests). He also noted a small area of the garage door that needs some attention and sent it all to us via text.
Aaron was very pleasant. He did a thorough job.
They did a very thorough and excellent job. THey were very kind and friendly! Samantha went way out of her way to get all the cobwebs and wasp nests. We are grateful for that!
Techs are well trained and informative. I like the pre and post visit text and pictures as well as their little bit of bug humor!

Techs are great about letting me know when they'll be on site. They give a run down of what they did during the treatment. Dre was bold enough to directly treat a ground wasp nest hiding in a sprinkler valve housing. Well done.
Ethan did a fantastic job and was very helpful with explaining the products used. Thank you!

Lane was thorough and did efficient. He did a great job with communicating and he got rid of webs and creepy crawlers that I kept trying to get rid of myself. Especially pleased that he treated the top corner of my house where those darn wasps were trying to hide from the coming cold.
I would not recommend Greenix Pest Control. They came out twice within the past month to treat for hornets, but we haven’t noticed any difference at all—hornets are still just as bad as before. On top of that, now our house is covered in box elder bugs, and they’re even finding their way inside. For the price we…
Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.
Brian from Greenix did a great job. Definitely helps with wasp and spider control.

Dre got rid of my wasp problems!! The nest was treated several times before but he finally killed them.
Jill was able to get out here same day! Excellent customer service, and made a point to educate me on the process and teach. Worth every penny to not have to worry about yellow jackets buzzing behind my wall.
Rachael was super !! took care of our needs.
Aaron was awesome.
Great guys, professional, and thorough. Savanna was great.
Never disappointed when Greenix comes around. Aaron E always has helpful tips and sends lots of pictures of the services provided so we know how hard they work for us!
I didn't have a hornet or wasp extermination, it was a wasp or hornet control. They don't get rid of them they just control them and spray every 90 days. They charge $50 a month for 11 months and $85 the first visit. I gave 5 stars because of my pest guy, Mikey. He was absolutely fantastic! He let me ask all my…
