Note that we pay $50 a month for quarterly service plus on demand wasp nest etc service. Over the past 2-3 years Rove, now Greenix, has greatly reduced the wasp, stink bug and spider issues we had. Adrian was awesome to work with! He was very transparent about our mouse issue and essentially said we needed an inspector to come in and assess the mouse problem we have. Greenix (Adrian) could not address all our issues and I had already paid for 4 return visits to the tune of $500 for the rodent extraction…
Very disappointed with Greenix. I signed up for their rodent service, but I’m still getting mice inside even after multiple visits. When I tried to cancel, they hit me with a hefty cancellation fee—even though their service didn’t solve the problem. Not worth the money or frustration.
