Service person showed up unannounced at my basement side entrance in 12.2025 and told her I want to cancel as my 1-year plan was up. They charged me again in 1.2026 so I called and said will reverse that payment but that just final service was already paid for so I agreed to let them complete. They charged me again…

Daniel, did an outstanding job! He called ahead and let us know he was coming and then he performed an awesome service for our home! I’ve been with Greenix (Rove) pest control for years. They’ve always been great!
Unfortunately, my experience started off well but quickly became disappointing. We scheduled my service for the 27th between 12–4 p.m. specifically because I work long shifts and needed to be home. Despite this, they showed up on the 20th when I was at work, failed to show up on the scheduled 27th, and then…
We have received great service and advice, I would recommend that you chose them for your service.

Jill is my hero!! She was great. When I arrived at the house this morning, I discovered a bird had flown into the side. Jill (without hesitation) Jumped right in to get the bird out. While I cowardly waited outside.🥴 She also showed me the areas where a mouse could enter my home.

Gary was very informative and helpful. Wonderful job Gary!
Lane and Obediah have both been here and while the traps didn’t catch a mouse that was brazen enough to be out in the open so we had to capture it with a bucket, I feel like they’re really trying to ensure we don’t have more mice attracted to the house. We learned from them that the bait boxes may have attracted…

Nate did a great job and is very thorough!
I went with Rove as they were a highly rated local company with good reviews. They were bought out by Greenix shortly after and, while all the technicians I have personally encountered have been delightful, the company itself is horrible. I had a new problem that I basically got scammed into paying too much money…
This place is USELESS!!! Taking advantage of the elderly and their HARD EARNES MONEY!! They did nothing to help with a mouse issue. Here’s what they did so you can do it yourself: buy the cheapest mouse traps you can find. Put some in house and some in garage. Ignore the dead mice in traps so we can call later and…
They are NOT worth the money! I would try to find a company that actually cares about their clients , and giving them the best service for the money they pay ! No one should use them!
They missed bait traps and treated for things that weren’t concerns. They didn’t go inside the barn which is why I hired them. I want home when they came despite the fact that they know I want to be
Note that we pay $50 a month for quarterly service plus on demand wasp nest etc service. Over the past 2-3 years Rove, now Greenix, has greatly reduced the wasp, stink bug and spider issues we had. Moles still need lots of work. Dan, the tech, was great about notifying us that he was on the way, and then about letting us know what he did.
Great customer service. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable technician! Feeling assured these pests will be gone soon!
Phillip did an OUTSTANDING job! Was VERY thorough and took the time to ensure we are protected from the vermin! Thanks sir!!
Ethan came out for quarterly visit. He took care of the creepy crawlies and rodents. He has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable about a variety of pests. He is welcome to return on future visits as I have complete confidence in his abilities.
Very professional and polite. The results are very good and great to have them refill in time.
Greenix eliminated our problem with mice and keeps protection in place so mice don’t renter our home.
I called about a critter in my gutters and attic. The saleman said they take care of that. The saleman told me I could cancel at anytime, you can't unless you pay a fee. I called about my critters after they started and they said they don't do attics. the only reason I gave them a staar is because the mice ate…

I had a wonderful experience with Emil. She was compassionate, personable, and truly made us feel heard. She reassured us that we’ll finally be getting the help we’ve been needing for a long time. We’ll be following up with her in a couple of weeks. Even though our last experience with Rover was terrible, Emil made…
Payton did a great job preparing our house for winter! Went above and beyond!
Very overpriced!!! For every appointment they scheduled it on the wrong date even thought we double confirmed with them before they left. They came in and were here all of 10 minutes, which seems ridiculous for the amount paid. They laid about $5 dollars worth of traps in the house. All of what was used seems like…

Great technicians always prompt and thorough.
Ed was my technician today. He did an amazing job! He was thorough and gave great explanations of what he did with pictures. Highly recommend him!
So far my experience has been 4 star. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and patient. Service started the next day. Emil, the tech was great. She explained everything. I'll not rate the cost until I see how successful they are in eliminating the mice🙂
Phillip did well🙂
Asked good questions. Was polite and came across as concerned to resolve our needs. Very engaging and got the work done.
We’ve been very pleased with this company! They’ve done a great job keeping our home protected from bugs and rodents, both inside and out. The team is always professional, courteous, and on time. It’s clear they take pride in their work and really care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable pest control!
Pardon the pun: But this is a bait and switch company. Do your homework, the pricing was told to me (29.00) is not what they are charging me (49.80). And when I went to cancel on a house I sold; the only way I could cancel was to pay an early cancelation fee ($250). Would not recommend and I will not use again in…
Dr. Dre does a very thorough job keeping cold hungry pests from moving in. His photos are great & very telling . Super professional!
Great people very helpful!!! Samantha
Brandon is very professional.
Lane came out to our home and was very knowledgeable and helpful. How ever, the representative I spoke to when signing up gave me very mis leading information on what I was going to expect when Lane came to our home. I ended up cancelling within the 3-day period but still lost out on some money.
Outstanding service - professional & informative- - it is a pleasure doing business with Reuben
Awesome service! Very thorough and great customer service!
Can’t say enough great things about Greenix. From the intake call to the speed of the appointment. Ethan came out to our home today and was thorough, fast, and very kind! So glad we went with this company. 10/10!
Adrian was awesome to work with! He was very transparent about our mouse issue and essentially said we needed an inspector to come in and assess the mouse problem we have. Greenix (Adrian) could not address all our issues and I had already paid for 4 return visits to the tune of $500 for the rodent extraction…
Very disappointed with Greenix. I signed up for their rodent service, but I’m still getting mice inside even after multiple visits. When I tried to cancel, they hit me with a hefty cancellation fee—even though their service didn’t solve the problem. Not worth the money or frustration.
Knowledgeable and friendly!
Brandon did an excellent job. He was thoughtful in explaining the service to me and made me feel reassured about catching the moles in our yard. He even took an extra step and explained to me how I could restore our grass from the moles damage. Really great experience and I hope he’s our technician going forward!!
Gary did a great job.. thankful for his help. I am in a rental and my landlord pays the contract so I don’t know what the pricing is..

5 stars for Nate! He educated me on things, informed of all he was doing, suggested treatments that might be helpful based on what he saw in my gome/yard, and was an overall delight :)
Excellent job keeping me up to date with a breakdown of each task and sending pictures as the work is getting done. Thank you!
Vong was excellent and took the time I needed to find the right package for us. He is not pushy while letting us know what relevant services his company can provide to take care of the pests we’ve been dealing with. He communicated well and we are excited to see the results!

I signed up yesterday and they came out today 0702. Seriously you can’t Beat that kind of service. Phillip the senior Technician, also had a trainee with him, I must mention that you can tell a good leader/ teacher by the way the student, trainee follows orders and carries them out and performs up to company…
