Jordan was very methodical in getting at those insects that cause me problems, like spiders trying to get inside, webbing my windows and nasty wasps. I particularly love that he used tools that applied spray and granular products that bugs hate. Refilled baiting stations to rid the area of mice. Great job, Jordan.

Jordan from Greenix came out and listened to all my concerns, the biggest being a bunch of ground wasps. Addressed all the concerns I had during a retreatment, and was kind and professionalism the whole time.
Typically good. I noted the detached shed and garage had spiders/webs but it doesn’t appear they were addressed.

Note that we pay $50 a month for quarterly service plus on demand wasp nest etc service. Over the past 2-3 years Rove, now Greenix, has greatly reduced the wasp, stink bug and spider issues we had. Moles still need lots of work. Dan, the tech, was great about notifying us that he was on the way, and then about letting us know what he did.

I just had pest control service last Friday. There were still many insects left after the third day. They said that this kind of insects are not included in your service and need to pay extra. When I just signed the contract, they didn’t tell me that there were other services. I feel cheated.
Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.

Greenix is always attentive to our needs and comes back if problems arise. We have a bad vole problem and they always add bate to traps and inform us of status of each trap after our service.
After an initial call to home office, a new technician named Kenzie came out and performed a wonderful job she listened to my concerns and successfully focused them. I am finally satisfied with today's service.

Good so far, but will reserve final judgement - I will be interested to see if they are able to keep their promises and remove all voles from my property over the next year.
Took the time to answer a pest concern that they typically don’t deal with and provide a recommendation for how to proceed.
Never go through this company we moved out of the service zone and they told us to find someone to take it over or pay them a cancelation fee of 300 .their service don't even work if you want more bugs and an exiting fee.they are only about money.

Greenix is good if you get the right technician. We LOVED Robert. If I could get Robert every time, we would have given Greenix 5 stars. Not only did he do a thorough job of getting rid of the spider webs and wasps nest, but he took the extra time to explain why we were seeing what we were seeing and what pests…
It was of no value, and they wouldn't let you cancel without jumping through tons of hoops.
I cannot comment on the product yet but I can say that the technician Thomas was very friendly and prompt. Super knowledgeable and I have high hopes that this will product/treatment will take care of our yellow jacket problem
Customer service is great. Technician that come out to the house are very friendly. But the service I receive for the cost does not compare to my past company. Everything cost extra instead of it being all inclusive. I will not be extending my contract.
