Greenscapes completed my fence for me in the incorrect spot. When I indicated this, they went back and said the miscommunication was due to my not being available for the quote in person and due to it being by phone. In my contract the location was specific and correct. The placement of the fence was not.
They offered to redo it and patch the holes in my asphalt driveway with a rocky patch as pictured. I’m just very disappointed. I could either have them move it and then have the hole patches or just accept it wasn’t in the place I asked for. They first offered to reduce the price only by $150 and implied I was responsible for the miscommunication when the contract was clear on the correct placement. Eventually they reduced the cost by $425 and I paid $710.
Overall they were responsive and eager to solve the problem. I am still unhappy with the service as I feel the two options I was left with were both bad.

John and Jason were great to work with and were excellent communicators. The crew did a great job. They were quick and did not leave a mess. Their design and work truly transformed our curb appeal. Highly recommend!

Greenscape STL did a great job on our new block wall. The crew took down the old wall, installed drain and lining and replaced with new block wall. Did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend this company. From the owner to the installation crew they were great to deal with. Very satisfied!

We had a paver patio installed by GreenScapeSTL and I have literally never had a better experience working with a company. Not only was the work impeccable but the communication was unmatched. John was always my point of contact for questions and always replied within 24 hours, if not right away. He even contacted us, unprompted, with updates! His crew was incredibly professional and highly skilled; they easily figured out complex issues with our wonky back yard. Plus, they were more affordable than the other bids we got. I highly recommended GreenScapeSTL. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Quite literally it was a perfect experience.

Professional, efficient and job well done by this team! They hauled away our old deck, overhang and walkway and replaced with a beautiful patio, walkway and composite deck. They also cleaned up the area when the job was complete. Highly recommend this team!
