Jeremy Jones, today's tech, went above and beyond. So, still staying with GreenShield. ;) I have used GreenShield for a number of years. So, when I changed addresses I had them follow me. Cody did an excellent job of inspecting for termites and installing deterrents/stations. Initial treatment in the house and on…

Usually am very pleased with Bryan but today I came home & the side gate had been left open & the hornets nest he removed lay scattered on the front porch. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed
The Green Shield representatives are always very thorough and explain the services performed. Jerry Venezuela did a great job as usual.

I was home and not feeling well so I knew he was here
Jerry was very polite, punctual, thorough and did a great job of explaining the services provided today. I look forward to having him as our regular technician. Update after a 1.5 years they are not showing up anymore. We are going into active scorpion season so we now have to do our own spraying. Very disappointed.
Update from 2024: I have had the service from Greenshield for a few years now. Ryan Gustafson is aways professional and courteous regardless of routine visit or cases where I've had ants or termites, and needed additional support. I would recommend their services to others, and if Ryan supports then I have no doubt…
Patrick with greenshield is amazing. We have only seen 3 or 4 live spiders since they started coming out. They have also been kind enough to set mouse traps for us
Great service every time! Jerry provides exceptional service by communicating effectively, thoroughly inspecting and treating areas, and is so professional.
David Moore has serviced our home twice now. He does a thorough job of it.
Mr. David is the only service guy, so far, that has done an exceptionally thorough job. No one has performed a bug/termite job since we bought the service. The termite guy, Cody (?), he was nice, professional, and installed termite traps but never came back and checked anything. Mr. David physically checked them and…
Always providing professional service at a fair price. Technicians (Cody and Jerry) are worth their weight in gold! Pleasant and thorough. Environmentally safe products that work.
We’ve had GreenShield for 6-7 years now and I swear by them! Great co and friendly, responsive employees!
Updating my review because Patrick Tafoya has been great - he has done our pest control for years and he is professional, timely, and thorough. We don't see bugs anymore thanks to him. I appreciated how much care and attention he takes on our house. Thanks, Patrick!
Jerry V. did a wonderful job spraying for our bi-monthly service. He is a great communicator and very thorough. We also had Cody take care of our termites. They have a very good team and take pride in doing a super job.
Greenshield has proven to be a reliable and trusted company. Nate, our service tech, has done an outstanding job each and every time. Not only is he a professional, but he's courteous and friendly as well. This is not something I've seen from other companies at our previous homes. HIGHLY recommended!
