Raquel did an amazing job with my apartment! She left no dog hair behind, making sure to move furniture away from the walls to vacuum up every strand. The bathroom and kitchen look nicer than they did when I moved in.

I hired the team for a post construction/ deep cleaning for a 2100 sq ft space. 2 of 4 bedrooms still had no furniture and the kitchen + cabinets were completely empty. I was charged $1440 and 5 workers originally came for the job.<br><br>I was very disappointed in the result given other cleaning companies quoted around $1000 for the same job. I selected green terra because of the commitment to cleaner products and the thorough vetting to understand the size and scope of cleaning our home. They asked for a lot of information upfront and gave a very clear contract for the scope.<br><br>The first try was admittedly chaotic as my GC was finishing a small part of the kitchen while they were cleaning. But at the end, the team failed to clean all baseboards and door frames in all the other rooms.<br><br>I was told they don’t move anything over 30 lbs. but they also don’t move anything under 30 lbs like books and couch cushions. The amount of dust they pushed around instead of clearing and cleaning the full bookshelves and bedside tables was surprising.<br><br>They also left quite a bit of paint and tape residue in the kitchen- the main area for the clean since that’s where a bulk of the construction happened.<br><br>The team offered to come back and we focused on the areas they missed last time. The photo attached is from the second try. Still tape left behind on the floors along with some glue and paint in other areas.<br><br>Overall this was just not a thorough clean for the price tag.

Note on the photo: as the review describes, it shows painter’s tape left from the construction work, not a scratch. No damage was caused by our team.<br><br>Gerri, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm truly sorry your experience with us fell short. You trusted us with your home during an already stressful renovation, and you deserved to feel taken care of.<br><br>We heard you. After you told us areas were missed, our team returned at no charge and spent several more hours on detail work. I'm sorry it still didn't feel finished to you.<br><br>I brought my whole team together to go through your experience step by step, and we're changing how we handle post-construction cleans in furnished homes. Fine construction dust settles into books, shelves, and decor, so these homes need a different approach.
