I called this company to schedule a whole house inspection and specifically mentioned multiple times that I needed licensed and certified inspectors for both the septic system and HVAC system. They assured me that they were licsensed and certified, so I went ahead and scheduled the inspection. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The inspector they sent was very nice and polite, but he seemed to lack experience and knowledge in several important areas. For example, he told me that the septic tank was made of plastic. However, I later confirmed with the sellers and reviewed documents showing that it was not plastic. He also stated that he couldn’t inspect the water heater because he couldn’t open it. However, the water heater could be accessed from inside the house, not from the outside as he apparently thought. There was also another item he reported as not working without properly checking it. When I asked about it, I pointed out that the homeowners were standing right there and could have explained how it worked. Instead of simply reporting that something didn’t work, he should have asked or made an effort to verify it. What disappointed me even more was the company’s lack of customer service and accountability. I called multiple times to explain my concerns and repeatedly requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, no one seemed interested in resolving the issue. The manager called me once, but I missed the call. I returned her call immediately and received no answer. Since then, I’ve continued calling and speaking with the front desk, but all I hear is “sorry, will have a manager give you a call” with no actual effort to address my concerns. A home inspection is a very important part of purchasing a house, and customers rely on inspectors to provide accurate information, especially when it comes to major systems like septic and HVAC. I paid for a professional inspection expecting knowledgeable, qualified inspectors and reliable results. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for home inspections, especially if you need a thorough and reliable septic or HVAC inspection.

He took the time to walk us through the inspection report, clearly explaining each item and sharing his experience to help us understand which issues were actual concerns and which were less significant. We are purchasing a home in Justin, we had GreenWorks Inspection & Engineering conduct the inspection. Mathew Marham was the inspector they sent out. He was on time and extremely thorough. We got a preliminary report the same afternoon and a detailed written report with photos early the next day. He was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. We also had the sewer scoped along with every thing else. We are now comfortable that the house has no major issues. Price was reasonable, we were very happy with Mathew and would recommend this company.
