Our inspector was Matthew Davidson, he reach out and let us know he had openings before our scheduled appointment and after finishing the inspection send the report out same day. All of this on a Sunday!

He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood his findings and what was important to pay attention to. He was also just genuinely nice and easy to work with, which made the whole process that much better.
