Customers frequently highlight punctual arrivals, flexible scheduling, and professional communication when using Greenworks NW for carpet and tile cleaning. Many reviewers note that the service effectively removes stains and leaves carpets dry, with several mentioning the use of pet-friendly or non-toxic products. However, a minority of low-rated reviews criticize the cleaning method, describing it as insufficient for deep stain removal or leaving carpets with a crunchy texture rather than a steam-cleaned finish.

This was our first time using this company for our carpets. We are so happy with their service! They came out during Thanksgiving weekend! The gentlemen were so polite, so professional, and did a fantastic job! We will definately be using them again! Thank you so much!

Stain removal and carpet fluff was excellent. Very impressed with the results. Would prefer a drier carpet when finished, but can't argue with the results.
