I went here as a student and it changed me into a better person.
Thank you very much Sheldon. The mats and instructors are always here for you 💪
We LOVE Grimsley's. Our boys have come so far in the 2 years they've been going to Master Logan, and all I see is progress and growth.
Thank you very much! We enjoy watching the boys grow and continuing to level up.
Observed three days of their training & how they work with the young ones. The folks are patient, observant & they adjust with analysising the present moments; then adjust when need be. They present postive words displayed around & they instilled that positivty in thier training & exercises.
Grimsley’s Fighting Arts has been an exceptional place for my family, especially when it comes to Judo. My oldest son has been training in Judo here for the past three years, and I started my own Judo journey a little over two years ago after receiving a Father’s Day gift that encouraged me to finally step onto the mats. It turned out to be one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. The Judo program at Grimsley’s is outstanding. The instruction is clear, patient, and rooted in solid fundamentals. The coaches create an environment where both kids and adults can learn safely, build confidence, and genuinely enjoy the process of improving. My son has developed strong technique, discipline, and a real passion for Judo — and I’ve experienced the same growth firsthand. My youngest son has also been training in Tang Soo Do here for four years, and the consistency across their programs speaks volumes about the school’s commitment to quality. Whether it’s Judo, Tang Soo Do, or BJJ, the instructors foster respect, discipline, and a sense of community that extends beyond their doors. If you’re looking for high‑quality Judo instruction— for yourself, your kids, or your whole family — Grimsley’s Fighting Arts is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. We’re grateful to be part of this dojo.
My son is 9 and in jujitsu and Tang seudo. He loves both . Jujitsu is probably his favorite. He is learning so much and able to protect him self. All instructors are very good with the kids. He absolutely loves the classes. My 4 year old daughter also takes classes in Tang sudo with Master Logan. She is so patient and knows her stuff. The kids love her. I highly recommend them! The lady behind the desk Mary , is also very kind and awesome with the kids. Very good with explaining things to you as far as all they offer. We love them all .
We are so thankful for everything this dojo has meant to our family over the years. Watching our son, Brody, grow from a young student into earning his black belt has been such an incredible journey. The dedication, discipline, confidence, and leadership skills he has gained here are priceless. Master G , Logan, and Alec have poured so much knowledge, encouragement, and mentorship into him through the years, and it truly shows. Not only has Brody excelled as a student, but he now also teaches classes for both young children, teens and adults, which speaks volumes about the character and leadership this dojo develops. The atmosphere here feels like family, and the instructors genuinely care about every student’s growth both on and off the mats. Brody now dreams of becoming a ninth degree someday, and this dojo has helped inspire that passion and commitment. We highly recommend this program to anyone looking for outstanding martial arts training, life lessons, and an amazing community.
We absolutely love Grimsley's! The coaches are amazing and treat every child like they are family
We love Grimsley’s Fighting Arts! We have been all over the country and can absolutely say that this is the best place for martial arts instruction by far! The program is purposeful, dynamic, well-structured to support learning and skill mastery, high energy and fun. The instructors are all positive and encouraging. Grimsley’s also does a ton for the community and really takes care of and gives back to the kids all year round. We can’t recommend this place enough!
