Well I figured this day would come. 223 reviews in a row were all 5stars (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). But I always knew there would be that one person that wanted to leave their mark. And for the record, your statement is 100% true and you have said nothing false. The Water Heater that was installed six months ago started leaking out of the temperature and pressure overflow safety device for unknown reasons. You called us to fix it and we responded and fixed it. I don’t manufacture Water Heaters or their components, and did not lead you on to believe that I warranty their components. Believe it or not it does cost money to run a Plumbing business. $250 is a normal and fair rate for a repair of this nature. If you had issue, you can contact the manufacturer of the Water Heater to complain to them. I’m happy that we were able to get to you in a reasonable amount of time and get your problem solved and stop the leaking. The plumbing technician that did the job stated to me that your wife was very happy and pleased at time of service and did not complain about the Check that she wrote, but was very pleased with our service. I know Plumbing can be expensive and for that I won’t apologize, As it cost money to provide the service and stay in business. I’m sorry that you feel that our service is only worthy of 1 star (⭐️). That’s not the normal experience that we have with customers. If you ever need a good plumber again, please call and maybe next time we can earn 5 stars (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). (Which is our goal)
Nobody likes unexpected problems and costs. But when they occur it’s a relief to get it fixed correctly, and quickly. I was glad that Mason knew what he needed to do and was very knowledgeable and professional in the job.

I’m am completely and totally happy with the service I was provided by Gronendyke Plumbing, Danny is very kind and kept me updated through the entire process. They did everything they could do to locate the part I needed and get it installed as quickly as possible. We had so many people with major issues in the area after devastating storms, but they took my request very seriously and squeezed me in the next day to come and see what was going on at my house. Mason found the issue quiickly, and even though the part I needed was not common, they did not give up until they found the exact replacement. Mason came out ASAP once the part was delivered and got my water running again. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to deal with. I’ve had very bad luck with multiple service calls I’ve made recently, with no shows, and last minute repeat cancellations from washing repair that was never completed and garage door that was never completed so I am beyond happy and pleased with Gronendyke Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable family owned plumber in Northwest Indiana and will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

After the storms, I sadly lost my hot water tank. Called and got an appointment for the next day. Great prices and great people….there is nothing more that you can ask for. Seriously this was such an easy experience that I feel like I owe them. They are just great!<br><br>Thank you

Hot water heater stopped working on a Saturday. I fiddled with it to no avail. Called Groendyke Plumbing on Sunday and they installed a new 50 Gal hot water heater on Monday afternoon. Very happy with the result. Even done with tornado sirens going off.

Gronendyke Plumbing not only solved the plumbing problem we called about, but also also saved us an additional plumbing call. We are so impressed at Gronendykes' attentiveness to the entire plumbing system. There's nothing better than knowing that the entire system is running well. If you've ever had a plumber out, you know that most often, the plumber does the job but then there's the next thing and you have to call again. Gronendyke is our OFFICIAL PLUMBER!
