Agreed with Bird ER’s review, overall. My horrible customer service agent was Anastasia, however. Agreed that this company prioritizes money above all. For those of us who fly 100+ flights per year, it is a disgusting drain to get nickeled/dimed by the likes of Anastasia. Drivers are all on point. It would be so nice to have an alternative.

I was struggling with a very delayed flight into Phoenix and the other flight they were going to rebook me for Tuscon was getting even more delayed too. The friend I was visiting texted me the website for this service to buy a shuttle ticket to Tuscon and it was a saving grace that it was perfectly on time when my trust in the flights was broken that day. Thank you so much for safely getting me where I need to go. ❤️

My scheduled departure was 10:20 PM. I was literally on my way to the pickup point, they knew I was coming, and apparently the concept of waiting even ONE MINUTE was too complicated for this company. They left without me and made absolutely no meaningful effort to help.<br><br>What is the point of using an airport transportation company if they operate with zero common sense, zero flexibility, and zero regard for the passengers who paid them and SCHEDULED A RIDE? Missing someone by essentially a minute and just driving off is absurd. This isn’t a city bus. People are relying on you for airport transportation.<br><br>The entire experience was unbelievably frustrating, poorly handled, and completely lacking in customer service. Traveling is stressful enough without dealing with a company that seems incapable of exercising even the smallest amount of judgment or basic courtesy.<br><br>If you’re depending on Groome Transportation to actually get you where you need to go, I would seriously think twice. I will never use this company again. Just rent a car if you have to, DON’T TAKE GROOME.

Our driver left us off at the Twin Peaks drop off in driving rain monsoon. He would not take us to a location that we could wait out of the rain. The Twin Peaks location office was closed and they have no cover. He pulled my wheelchair and suitcase out in the parking lot in a driving range and left me waiting for my Uber that I just called. He also left for other people, mostly elderly ladies in the same position that was his Last stop so there’s no excuse I would not have done that to a stranger. I was soaking wet. My coat was soaking wet. I am 79 years old and my wife is 71. There’s no excuse for letting us out and that type of weather there’s no excuse for them, not having a little bit of cover or their office not being open.

On time, no problems. Cheaper than flying to Phoenix and not much of a time difference considering you have to be at the airports an hour early.

Absolutely awful customer service. My wife and daughter were turned away from their scheduled shuttle after arriving from an international flight because they said she had to be 8 years old.<br><br>However the site's terms and conditions states that the child Must be 8 years old OR 57 inches/60pounds. She fits that category, which was why she bought the tickets. The driver was insanely rude to them and offered no signs of helpfulness.<br><br>I called twice to their customer service line to ensure that the refundable tickets were processed and both times the agent was also extremely unhelpful and rude.<br><br>I have consistently used their services in the past for personal and work travel. I am with a major defense company in the Tucson area and will make sure that every single person I know hears about this experience and discontinues use with Groome.<br><br>Extremely disappointing behavior from a company I have given so much business to in the past.

Good service from Tucson to Phoenix airport, right on schedule, comfortable ride, not crowded, courteous driver. I will certainly use the service again. Thanks for a good experience.<br>---<br>Great service once again on my Tucson–Phoenix route. This time I used the PHX–TUS shuttle, and the experience was just as smooth. Pick‑up was right at my terminal door, and my flight arrived a few minutes early, so I was able to hop on the previous shuttle and save about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Comfortable ride, punctual, and very courteous driver. I’ll definitely keep using this service.
