Amy takes great care with handling my Pomeranian, her fur is extremely difficult! Amy gave me a tour of the facilities and thoroughly answered all of my questions. My girl has been going here over a year and it makes my life about 1,000x easier.

Great staff. Always helpful. Cleaned the skunk off my dachshund.

They did an excellent job on the trim itself and the staff were professional and polite. However I can’t recommend this place in good faith due to several factors below. The price was decent at $83 ($118 post tip and fee). They charged a $15 late fee for being 9 minutes late. I called ahead to let them know 15 minutes in advance that I might be slightly late and they rescheduled to 11:30 for a $15 late fee. I feel for giving them an advanced warning then also showing up only 9 minutes late they could be more generous. They also admitted to having a slower day which should allow for even more leniency and then they ended up going nearly a full hour and a half past the estimated completion time (estimated was slightly under 3 hours but it went for a total time of just over 4 hours). Funny how they can charge me for being 9 minutes late but I don’t get anything they don’t do anything if they are late. The service provided was okay but I question some of their methods. The trimming was done very well but I can’t imagine they gave him a bath afterwards. He still had lots of loose fur on him when I got him home. He also reeked of wet dog. I understand that most groomers are dog oriented and there can be a residual smell, but it was really intoxicating to the point my wife and I gagged from his stench. I had to re-bathe him at home to help all the loose fur come off and to rid him of the smell. While this is not a massive deal it is really disappointing paying for a service then having to redo said service at home and paying additional money for cat shampoo. Overall I am thankful they were able to get the mats out of my cat’s fur and make him look good and feel better but quite disappointed with the way they handle bathing smells and time management.

I took my cat for grooming yesterday The staff was very professional My cat had matting on his back and they absolutely took care of him they were able to get rid of it. He was extremely happy when I took him home he looks like a brand new cat

Update: been taking our dogs to groomingdales for 8+ years now, absolutely love them 🥰 Original post: We've taken our nearly 6 month old pom there since she was ~3 months old, so she's been there now 3 times. Amanda does a GREAT job with her and she always looks great when she's done! Note that the bows they use are super cute but they do need to wrap the rubber bands on the bows around the dogs fur for them to stay, so be extra careful when removing them to not rip the fur.

We brought in an older cat who was in bad shape. She was so wrought with bad mats on her back. She looks Fab-U-lous now. Thank you sooo much! Will definitely bring our other furry friends to this establishment and highly recommend to anyone in search of a very professional groomer who loves all her clients. Very pleased!
