Jose did a superb job. He works very diligently and efficiently and is expert at his skills. He is also very cheerful, courteous, and prompt. We liked that he went over every procedure with us and checked in frequently to see if we were satisfied with the results. He was supposed to have a helper with him, but the helper finally came on the last day and stayed perhaps only 3-4 hrs. So Jose worked very hard indeed, and his work is to a very high standard. He is a gem!
I do think the price for the services was slightly high. The project was 3 days of work (24 hrs. total). That works out to approximately $170/hr. Nevertheless, we are very satisfied with the quality of the results; the tile floors look very clean, and the grout color is perfect. The shower and bathroom counter turned out really well. The caulking is pristine.
We would not hesitate to recommend your company--and especially Jose. We also appreciate the prompt attention of your office and your efforts to complete our project in a timely way in spite of the complication of a missing worker.

Norman, I really appreciate you highlighting Jose’s diligent, efficient work and how clearly he explained each step while checking in to make sure you were happy with the results. I’m glad the grout color, caulking, and the finished shower, bathroom counter, and tile floors all turned out looking clean and pristine. I also hear you on the pricing and the helper scheduling issue, and I appreciate you still recommending Grout ReNew and especially Jose.

Michael, we really appreciate you sharing this. I am glad our Grout ReNew team was on time and kept everything on track, and that the tile and grout work came out great. It means a lot to hear the renewal was a much lower cost than remodeling.

Nancy, we really appreciate you sharing this. Jose will be glad to hear your 21 year old tile floor looks brand new again and that the cleaning, grout repair, and sealing turned out so well. It means a lot that you noticed the professional customer service and would recommend us before replacing the flooring.
We called to have our grout issues addressed. Turns out we had water leaking from different spots in our shower. Jonathan pointed out that many things were done wrong by what looked like an amateur handyman. Jonathan was very thorough and offered temporary repair options so don't have to remodel just yet.
We will now have to wait a month for the areas to dry completely before having it re-grouted so we can use it while we save money to have the bottom of the shower completely torn out and done correctly..
When buying a house always get an inspection before you purchase.

We appreciate you sharing this, J. We are glad Jonathan was able to identify the shower leaks and explain what had been done incorrectly so you can plan the right next steps before any re grouting. Hoping the drying period goes smoothly and sets you up for a proper repair.
Very happy we chose Grout ReNew to clean our floor tile grout and shower. Jose did an amazing job and was very respectful and tidy. The floors and shower look like new. Would 100% recommend!

Ahna, we really appreciate you choosing Grout ReNew for your floor tile grout and shower cleaning. I’m glad Jose took great care of your home and left everything tidy, and it means a lot to hear your floors and shower look like new. We value your recommendation so much.
I am amazed at how clean my tile and grout looks! My grout was a dark color, and it is cream again! I have 3 cats, so I was really worried about how they would react to noise and being moved around, but Jonathan and Jose made it so easy for me and completely worked around me and my animals. They even turned off all of the fans so there wasn't any noise when I was moving my cats from one from one room to another. They were extremely professional and empathetic, but also very knowledgeable about tile, grout, and how best to keep it clean on a daily basis. My parents use Grout Renew, and have for years, and I will also use them from now on. I HIGHLY recommend them for all floor cleaning and work they do. It is a great company with amazing people working with them, from the people who call to make the appointments to the ones that do the cleaning, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and professional. In the pictures, you can see the grout was a dark color but it should have been the cream color it was when they finished. My whole house is clean now and makes me feel so much better walking around!
HR, we really appreciate you sharing this and we are so glad your tile and grout are back to that original cream color and that your whole house feels clean again. It means a lot that Jonathan and Jose could work quietly around your cats and still deliver a professional tile and grout cleaning with helpful daily care tips. We are grateful your family has trusted Grout ReNew for years, and we look forward to being your go to team from here on out.
