GroutRepairPro - Grout and Caulk Repair

I highly recommend Jason and Grout Repair Pro! The entire experience was excellent, from the top-notch customer service and ongoing communication to the incredible quality of the final work. Jason was incredibly diligent, transparent, and professional. Beyond doing a fantastic job on the shower, he took the time to educate me about our local water and environment, the best cleaning products to use, and even gave great advice on water softening products and equipment to maintain the results. He has also followed up on the information we discussed. It is such a huge relief to finally have a mold-free shower!

We had Jason repair, deep clean and seal our Travertine shower stone and it looks much improved. He was very thorough in his estimate and quick to schedule the work. Jason is professional and provided the education and product recommendations for the future care of the Travertine. My Wife and I are both very pleased with the work and results. If you need Tile & Grout cleaning or repair, call Jason.

Jason did a fantastic job from start to finish. Timely responses to inquiries, and execution of the job. The shower looks brand new! Would highly recommend him.

I called Jason with hopes that he could help me repair my shower tile. He was super nice and helpful, looked at my photos and then when he saw them, saw that I would need more of a shower demo/redo than a shower repair. He gave me tons of help and his insight/experience with what to do next. I am super appreciative and if I ever need tile repair in the future, he’ll be the one I call.

On time, personable, shares a lot of important information about how and why grout eroded. It’s not a new shower, but it’s restored so we’re happy.

Can I give 10 stars? I highly recommend Grout Repair Pros. Jason was so knowledgeable, professional, reliable and detailed. Our 25 year old tile shower was in desperate need of restoring and Jason used his 6 step process to make it look brand new again. He kept us informed throughout the process and suggested re-grouting most of the shower. He got it done so quickly and did a fantastic job. He also explained how to keep it clean including recommended products to use. I will be telling everyone I know about Grout Repair Pros and Jason’s outstanding work! I just wish we would have done this 10 years ago!

We had grout cracks, along with a piece of missing grout, in our master bath shower. We contacted Jason and got a fast response and professional workmanship at a reasonable price. You can’t even tell there was ever an issue. We are happy to refer Jason and Grout Repair Pro!

Jason does an amazing job of restoring your old shower to look like new.

Jason did a wonderful job on making the shower look beautiful again! Will use him again.

What a great experience! We hired Jason to refresh an upstairs shower which was showing signs of mold, cracked grout, and receding grout near the base. The glass door was cloudy despite our repeated efforts to clean it. We loved the tile design and didn’t really want to replace the whole shower. From the first phone call, Jason politely explained the process he would employ, the base cost, and several potential additional costs based on what he and we decided to do on the day of the work. Jason arrived promptly, was respectful to us and our home, and got to work. Eight hours later, our shower looks like it did when we first had it installed about 17 years ago! It’s beautiful! Jason is organized, neat, knowledgeable, and meticulous with his methods. Each step - cleaning, grout repair, re-grouting, glass cleaning - was explained to us and we were advised on how to best keep our shower sparkling clean in the future - including methods and products to use. We highly recommend Jason/Shower Pros. Jason will work tirelessly and he takes pride in his work. He’s a true professional with a great work ethic and conscientious attitude that is rare to find. Thank you!
