Brad was great at communicating on how to mitigate common pest problems around the house. He hit areas where I have noticed some pest issues and very thorough on the initial home inspection. Most importantly, this company is local and no contract unlike most of the mainstream competitors that make it hard for you to cancel without some penalty.
Was able to schedule work quickly and root cause was determined. They also provided the suggested follow up work with an estimate. Communicated well and frequent.

Bill is honest, hardworking, friendly, and timely. He did a great job assessing, setting traps, and placing deterrents on our property for... uninvited rodents 🤢. If I need pest control in the future, I'll specifically ask for him again, as he did not try to make me sign up for a pest control subscription. In one sentence: Bill fits the bill.
We are very pleased with the service, the company attitude and especially Brad, our service provider. He is very attentive, pays attention when we asks questions and always goes the extra mile for us. We have a large home and lot boarding open space do you never know what might wander into the yard. The pests and rodents stay outside!

We have used Guardian for years for everything from voles and mice to annts and spiders. We’ve never had a problem again with voles and mice and keep quarterly appointments to help with the spiders and ants outside. The techs who come are always kind and do a thorough inspection.
My technician, Bill, has been servicing my home for a couple of years now and he is always so thorough in his assessment and treatment of those common Colorado pests. I receive quarterly maintenance and am very pleased with the service and value!
