Brad was great at communicating on how to mitigate common pest problems around the house. He hit areas where I have noticed some pest issues and very thorough on the initial home inspection. Most importantly, this company is local and no contract unlike most of the mainstream competitors that make it hard for you to cancel without some penalty.

Bill is honest, hardworking, friendly, and timely. He did a great job assessing, setting traps, and placing deterrents on our property for... uninvited rodents 🤢. We are very pleased with the service, the company attitude and especially Brad, our service provider. He is very attentive, pays attention when we asks questions and always goes the extra mile for us. We have a large home and lot boarding open space do you never know what might wander into the yard. We have used Guardian for years for everything from voles and mice to annts and spiders. We’ve never had a problem again with voles and mice and keep quarterly appointments to help with the spiders and ants outside. The techs who come are always kind and do a thorough inspection.

Guardian Pest management was very professional and courteous. They arrived early and got everything done in a very timely manner. The only reason I deducted a star, was because they said wasp removal was 85 dollars flat rate. But they charged us nearly 200 dollars which seems incredibly ridiculous to us.
