Review from Google · view on GoogleI have been going to do my taxes here for the past 10 years, I was going to do my taxes on 2/10/24 I called in the morning and asked what time they closed I was told at 6:00pm, I arrived at 5:50pm and walked into the building the receptionist greeted me and asked “how she could help” I told her I was there to do my taxes she said they actually stopped accepting people since they were so close to being closed, I was surprised since I mentioned I called earlier and they closed at 6:00pm she said that they close at 6:00pm but they stop accepting tax customers a little earlier. To me this was shocking since previous years they had accepted clients even if close to closing time or past.

I apologize for this inconvenience. We will work harder to explain over the phone what is the cutoff time to taking the last client of the day. My most sincere apologies. Hope you give us another try.
