I worked with Jesse three years ago as he inspected a new build house for me and I was genuinely impressed by his attention to detail and superb communication. When we needed another inspection, I immediately remembered him and was pleased to be able to get on his schedule this time around. Once again he did a terrific job was right on time, thorough, a great communicator, and answered all our questions. His final report. Was thorough and extremely helpful and was easy for us to understand. If I ever need another inspection service, there is no question but that I will contact Jesse at Guided Inspections. They are honest, efficient, thorough in details, and they are priced very competitively. If you’re looking for a home inspector in the Austin Leander, Georgetown area or beyond, you need look no further than Jesse at Guided Inspections.

House inspection was one of the most complete reports I have seen. Pictures and video of all issues was super helpful. I really appreciated the way the report was easy to follow and issues were broken down so I could understand what the problems were.

Thank you so much Steve! It was our pleasure to assist you the purchase of your home. Clarity is key- we can know so many things about the house but if we can't convey that information effectively, it does render it somewhat useless. We really appreciate your feedback and we want you to know that we're here for you as a resource. If you have any questions about your home in the future, please do let us know.
