Customers frequently cite quick turnaround times, professional communication, and fair pricing for complex repairs like diagnostics, alignment, and A/C service. The shop receives praise for honesty regarding necessary work and avoiding unnecessary upsells. However, some reviewers criticize high costs for routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations, along with instances of unexpected charges or poor communication regarding repair estimates.
