Being down to one car with two kids is stressful enough, but David and his team make the whole process completely stress-free. They are incredibly honest, completely transparent about pricing, and they never try to upsell you on things you don't need. They understand how critical your vehicle is to your family,…

Was passing through San Angelo on a trip and had my skid plate come loose on the way and called them got me in quickly and was super helpful. Definitely recommend.
My dad told me when I got to San Angelo find a good mechanic. So far this is about the best I’ve seen. It’s been in and out of the shop quick, he’s pricing is phenomenal, and he’s who I’d recommend to new comers or passer bys.
My son had an issue with his car and I called David and he got in the following day and had the problem solved and fixed the same day without trying to add extra issues. Would definitely recommend for all your mechanic needs!!
I took my car to David, and he was incredibly professional. There were no surprise costs or unnecessary repairs. As a woman, finding a reliable auto repair service can sometimes be challenging, but I felt completely at ease with no pressure at all.
Super fast & friendly and personal great group of guys. I will be recommending to friends and family.
Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices every vehicle I have I bring here because of their top tier professionalism
Gutierrez Mechanix are the best! They go above and beyond to keep our vehicles on the road!
My wife’s transmission was acting up on her Tahoe a couple weeks ago, we pulled up to Gutierrez Mechanix and sure enough it was going out. David himself handled her claim through her warranty and had her back on the one in two weeks tops! Most of that time was timeframe to ship the new transmission!! I like that…
Did an amazing job and at a fair price… would recommend!
Definitely recommend! Fair, honest, and he got our daughter's car taken care of the same day we called. Very polite and helpful.
I cannot recommend Gutierrez Mechanix enough. I needed a complete transmission rebuild, and while other shops in town wouldn't even touch the task, Gutierrez and his team stepped up and took total charge. Throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond by keeping me constantly updated. What really sets…
I had such a great experience with David Mechanix Shop. They are very family oriented and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Words cannot express how grateful we were to find this auto repair shop! My son is a student at ASU and works part-time at a local grocery store. He called me panicked last night because his car was dead. It would not stay on even after having it jumped a couple of times and he needed to get to work. We immediately…
They helped me out when every other shop was giving me the go around or didn't know what was wrong fair pricing and knowledgeable people. Owner was very friendly and had me in and out of his shop in only a few hours.

Gutierrez Mechanix are AMAZING at what they do. I took my truck in on Monday they told me what the problems were, they had it fixed and my truck was running great. I can't thank David, Elton, Seth, Ryan and Jesus enough. They noticed one of my coolant hoses fixing to bust and they fixed it so again thank y'all.

Really nice experience with Gutierrez Mechanix the last couple of days. David and his crew are great. Today I called him about a company truck that was down and he had it repaired and delivered back to us the same day. One of the best diesel mechanics in the area. And the owner made sure that I was listened to and made time to have my truck looked at. My truck had been to 2 other shops in town and neither could fix the problem. And these guys diagnosed and fixed it in 4 hours!
Cannot say enough good things about David & his team at Gutierrez Mechanix. I brought my nine year old truck in for a lifter job, and came out with what seemed to be a brand new pickup. Honest, quality, and service-oriented would be the words I would use to describe David’s shop. Very grateful for his help on my…

Thank you for coming out to help. Mr. Adame was very greatful for you checking his car and letting him know his options. You coming to our location was a blessing for him since he was feeling sick.

Gutierrez Mechanix Was fast on service. We had one of our fleet vehicles oil pan get punctured. Called to see if they can drop it off there that evening and david said yes. They had it ready by the next day. If you need a fast, Reliable mechanic shop make sure you hit them up.
Ended up hitting a pot hole that put a hole in my oil pan and had to her towed an hour to the shop. David told me that he'd give me a quote for the repairs and it was definitely fair and reasonable. He got the part in and got me on the road the next day. Highly recommend

Great service and communication. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it on the spot.
I am beyond impressed with the service I received from this shop. Even with them being extremely busy they ensured I was taken care of within the day and received my car. I highly recommend taking your business to this shop!
Amazing group of people. Took care of me quick and gave me the best advice. They will have all my work trust me. 10/10 service.
Had amazing service and was very upfront and honest about my car. Had to take my car in twice (both different diagnosis) and they broke it down to me what was wrong and they had my car in and out. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be taking my car back for any issues from now on. Thank you David and to your staff for taking good care of my car!
These people are VERY knowledgeable. I called on a random Wednesday morning, went to have David diagnose what was wrong, they ordered the parts same day, I brought it back in the afternoon and they had me back on the road by 7pm. AMAZING customer service, and honestly the pricing is BEYOND fair! THANK YALL SO MUCH…

Mr. David, my man! You and your team, killing it! Thank you for having me in and out so fast today. Love the shop, and the vibe is killer. Anytime something goes wrong with my vehicle from now on, I'm giving Gutierrez Mechanix my money!
I did not call ahead of time or make an appointment. When I arrived I was quickly attended to. The young man I spoke too quickly looked at my car and resolved the issue. He was so kind. Thank you so very, very much Gutierrez Mechanix for assisting me. I will always recommend you to everyone in search of a mechanic! Thank you!
This place got me taken care of in a quick timely manner more than once. Pricing is honest, mechanics are knowledgable and service is quick. Highly recommend them for service, maintenance and mechanical breakdowns. They will get your motor up and running again even your A/C
Despite the bad stigma surrounding mechanic shops , David and his team have been nothing but reliable and honest with all of our mechanical needs . Having taken 3 different vehicles each and every experience has been nothing but positive. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and strangers .
The guys over at Gutierrez Mechanix were awesome. They helped me get my 6.0 back up and running with some new injectors along with stand pipes and dummy plugs. At first it was looking like they would be able to fit me in Friday, but these guys worked tirelessly to help get me in a few days earlier. Not to mention…
Took my Hellcat to David to get some performance parts installed. He and his crew took great care of me. Awesome communication from David during the whole process. He got the parts installed, worked with my tuner to get dialed in and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Will definitely be going back for my work and upgrades.
These guys are not only professional but are quick and do a very amazing job. They are open later than any other shop as well, which is convenient.
