I have used them for the past three years (originally as an LLC and then transitioned to an S-Corp). Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THIS YEAR. Terrible communication, they made countless mistakes and missed documents on both my business and personal taxes, and my personal taxes need to be refiled because they missed tax credits I WORKED TO GET MYSELF if I can ever get a response back. If you use them, you might as well need to be a tax professional yourself because you're going to need to be able to point out all the mistakes that they make (and forget just the mistakes in numbers, but mistakes also included misspelling my S-corp and my name throughout all of the documents on three different iterations of filing). If I could leave less than one star, I would. Please do yourself a favor a stay far far far away. If you are absolutely stuck with using them this year and get assigned someone, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM PATRICIA ROESSLER.

The staff in this office take something daunting and scary like doing taxes and make it easy and actually pleasant. Elvira has helped me for two years now and I’m making it a point to come back because of how warm, affable and knowledgeable she is; she always goes above and beyond. Hadessah (I probably butchered that, but it’s NOT “Odessa”!!) at the front desk gave me such a warm welcome and started my morning off right.
Highly recommend this location, it’s why I switched over to H&R Block from my previous tax service.

Very rude do not come here to do taxes if they are complicated cause they don't know nothing

The older lady who answered the phone at this location was condescending and rude. I was asking questions from this office for help with my taxes and speaking down to me was not appreciated. I won't be returning to H&R block again.
EDIT (response to owner): Your office being "dedicated to providing exceptional service" failed to do so. I don't care for your copy and paste response. Knowing your staff member is tanking your business is enough satisfaction for me - do whatever you want with her.
