Staff extremely rude to young worker who asked questions about his return. No need to be unprofessional to customers. Also charged twice as much as another branch that did his taxes last year. This branch charges more just because of the economics of the Mooresville zip code. Go to any other H&R Block and save your money.

My tax advisor was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. She was very pleasant as well as efficient. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I had the H&R Block in Huntersville NC prepare my prior year taxes. The agent who prepared my taxes was not experienced and filed the wrong status and also stated that I owed money to H&R Block for filing my taxes when I already paid. I was made aware of her mistakes when filing for 2023. I reached out to the Huntersville branch to get some answers and I also filed a complaint. I have yet to hear back from anyone. H&R Block charges entirely too much to file taxes. I see if I made a lot of money. But the truth is I can't afford to pay amount $1000 to file my taxes get to get that same amount back. And all really just for the government to get their cut and to know what my financial situation is, when I'm just trying to make it like the average working class family.
