They were not patient, disrespectful to me because I had the wrong email and then they treated me like I was dumb telling me what I was doing for taxes and they were the same thing , I will file a complaint and horrifying experience from the two ladies there never recommended to go there , dont waste your time on your taxes they will cheat you out of them

I had a disappointing experience with this company. Gigi was the main culprit and was incorrect about state taxes. Communication was short and dismissive, and I did not feel treated with basic respect. What stood out even more was witnessing fellow employees being spoken to in a similarly disrespectful manner. A professional environment should value courtesy and mutual respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how people are treated.

it's as simple as snapping the info into the app and Lisa Liller knocks out all three returns and in no time the checks hit my account..... Lisa Liller takes all the hassle out of having to deal with doing the taxes myself..... I am thrilled with this service....
