I know it's a bit expensive. I just feel like I'm protected, and they know tax laws much better than I do.

I'm very happy with the results of getting my taxes done via H & R Block, each year since 2020 Tax Professional Cynthia Moore's level of customer service has been excellent. I'm always confident any refunds that are due will arrive in a timely manner.

My experiences at H&R Block on Lancaster Dr have been excellent. I have used their service since 2012. This year's preparer, Laurie, was fantastic, very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She stayed almost two hours overtime since I had to scramble to get documents I had misplaced.
