Customers frequently cite the efficiency of the tax preparation process, noting that appointments are often completed in under an hour with professional and friendly service. Many reviewers appreciate the clear communication and helpful guidance provided during their visits. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with appointment reliability, including missed or changed schedules without notice. Complaints also mention poor front-desk attitudes and unresolved errors under the Peace of Mind Guarantee, where staff allegedly stopped communicating after admitting fault.

They have seasonal tax preparers who will NOT do things correctly and then disappear. I even paid for the Peace of Mind Guarantee - in the event they make a mistake resulting in a penalty where they have a written contract agreeing to reimburse for the error up to $6,000 and documentation where they admitted fault. They haven’t confirmed the claim and stopped communicating at all.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM! Go anywhere else.

Went in yesterday and dropped everything off except one form and made an appointment for today to finish it up. Went in today, she had done nothing and told me she was an hour behind schedule and expected me to stand around while she worked with another customer. Basically she either took walk-ins or scheduled on top of my appointment. I took time off work for this and can't afford for it to be an all day thing. She rescheduled me for Saturday, but I canceled. I'll do them myself or go somewhere more professional with better customer service. Do not recommend and will never go back.

Gabriela was so awesome and made taxes a fun enjoyable time as well as a wonderful conversation. She made something that I have been so stressed about super easy, quick, and I had no idea I was getting as much back as I had this year. I highly recommend her and her style of professional service that was friendly and a joy.
My tax preparer was very efficient, knowledgeable and informative. He was also very relaxed and friendly. A very pleasant person throughout the process. My experience was easy and stress-free! In less than an hour, everything was completed!
