Evelyn Nelson is the best tax analyst ever. She stayed late to help my sister even when she was ready to go home. Will 100% go back to her next year, without a doubt. She took her time, no rushing, answered all the questions I had. She has been there for 22 years even though it says 18 years. She deserves way more recognition than she receives. She does everything with a smile and even cracks jokes. Make sure to go to Evelyn. Best customer service I have experienced ever, anywhere.
