We were backpacking from Sabino Canyon to Mt Lemmon when my legs gave out on me. Being unable to climb back down, we tried contacting different rideshares and taxi services to get picked up from Summerhaven. Only Lyal was willing, and without a reservation, left to pick us up in a moments notice. Extremely grateful for his services.

This man was absolutely amazing. I was stranded. First of all, I am 69 years old, never been in trouble a day in my life. I wound up in jail due to false accusations. I had no wallet, no money, no phone. They turned me loose at midnight, almost 2 hours away from home. Nobody I do mean nobody. Would help me The boy in the store refused to dial 911 because he didn't want any police around his store. I was so desperate. The boy wouldn't even know. Allow me to ask someone else to call 911. I believe all of the guys that went in there. Work told the story and not to dial 911. After almost 4 hours, 5 star came to my rescue, absolutely amazing. He was hesitant thinking I was just another old tweaker LOLI am forever forever. Indebted and gracious in jesus's name, I pray amen.

I contacted Lyal to transport my brother-in-law from Tucson to San Francisco following a serious accident, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>Since my brother-in-law had limited mobility and could only use a walker, we were worried about the long trip. Lyal was incredibly proactive, suggesting a bed setup in the back of the car, something I didn't even know was possible. When he was setting up the bed, he even brought along pillows to ensure my brother-in-law was completely comfortable, which made the journey much easier. He was professional and kind, even assisting with bathroom breaks and sharing recovery tips along the way. My brother-in-law said he was a fantastic conversationalist and the best travel partner he could have had for such a long ride.<br><br>The coordination was seamless. The day before the trip, we went over the plan in detail, and Lyal was very patient as I called him multiple times to coordinate with various nurses on the discharge time. Even when the hospital was delayed by nearly 40 minutes, he waited without any issues. I also really appreciated his flexibility with the logistics; he shared his live location so I could monitor the progress and was very fair about pricing. Since it was a long trip, he was even open to a 50/50 payment split (half up front and half at drop-off) and confirmed everything over text so we had a clear record. Lyal is communicative, professional, and genuinely cares about his passengers. I highly recommend him.

Lyal absolutely saved the day. We were in need of a last minute ride to avoid being stranded overnight far from where we wanted to be. Lyal came to the rescue and transported our group back to our vehicle. I can’t recommend H&S Transportation highly enough! (As an aside, Lyal is a military veteran, a devoted father and grandfather, and just a great guy. If you’re in need of a ride in/around Tucson, you’ve found your answer.)
