Customers consistently praise the company for punctual arrivals, professional drivers, clean vehicles, and helpful communication, particularly for airport transfers and event transportation. Recurring themes highlight reliable scheduling, courteous service, and competitive pricing that encourages repeat business. However, isolated one-star reviews criticize specific driver interactions, describing the experience as terrible and the driver as rude, which stands out against the generally positive feedback regarding reliability and professionalism.

We have had the pleasure of having Gabriel as our chauffeur numerous occasions for various events and destinations. He consistently arrives on time, and we are always welcomed into a clean vehicle and the temperature inside is set just right. He always knows the best way to get to where we’re going. Gabriel presents himself professionally and exemplifies what you would expect from a first- class chauffeur.
His customer service is outstanding- he is attentive & courteous. He makes the journey stress free & enjoyable.

Fantastic experience. I have avoided LAX for years after this mornings ride this is the way to travel. On time and so easy to set up. Don’t have to worry about Uber or Lyft dropping the ride.
American Limos has been our go to service for almost 3 decades. Lonnie, the owner, Victoria, the director of operations, and the whole staff are always kind, caring, on time, and reliable. A+!

Mark was the most recent driver we had and he was exceptional. Coming into the airport and meeting my mom to help her with her luggage. They are always on time and professional
