Customers frequently praise the company for punctual arrivals, efficient repairs, and clear communication regarding services like water heater installation and leak detection. Many note that pricing is fair compared to competitors, and technicians often provide thorough explanations of the work performed. However, lower-rated reviews highlight issues with communication barriers, refusal to perform specific diagnostic procedures, and instances of high billing or property damage.

Sergey is truly exceptional and he is top notch at what he does. I really appreciate his thoroughness and his dedication. I continue to use h-town plumbers because I know that I’m going to get a straight and knowledgeable answer.
H-Town hit the mark on communication and service. I submitted an inquiry online for a gas line relocation and heard back from them very quickly. When I was ready to have the work done (my delay, not theirs), they dispatched the same morning. Sergey did the work well, quickly and cleanly. Nice guy, too. The price paid was fair for the service provided. I'll use them again.
Thank you, Robert! We're glad everything went smoothly, from the initial communication to getting the gas line relocated. I had a leak underneath my second floor carpet that turned out to be coming from the A/C coil in my attic. Bar found it and was able to clear a severe blockage in the pipes and repair the trap underneath the background sink.

Thank you, Paul! Glad we could take care of the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. We appreciate your business!
Sergey was our technician and he was incredibly friendly and nice, I love his attitude. We had low water pressure in the 2 sinks of the master bathroom and he fixed it up in less than 30 minutes. He also helped me distinguish between poorly made faucets so I could find a good brand to replace the current ones. I would love for him to help again if we have anymore plumbing needs.
Thank you, Jasmine! We're glad Sergey was able to restore the water pressure so quickly and help you with recommendations for better faucets. We really appreciate your kind words about him and will be happy to send him your way again whenever you need us!
Your guy was excellent. He did a very thorough job, replaced a cleanout cap on the side of the house that was provbably 100 years old and was great at everything.
Thank you, Steve! Glad our technician was able to take care of the problem and get that old cleanout cap replaced. We appreciate the kind words about his work and thank you for choosing H-Town Plumbers!
