Reviewers frequently praise the friendly, helpful staff and the store's organization, noting that customers often find good quality clothing and household items at reasonable prices. However, several low-star reviews criticize the pricing of specific goods like rugs, flooring, and furniture as being too high for second-hand merchandise. Additionally, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with limited selection variety and an instance of rude service regarding donation unloading.

Have to change my review. I am honestly shocked at the prices and how much they have gone up. This store has prices of an antique booth. I get the economy is going to trash but I am still shocked to see a store that receives their products for free charge so much.

Came to shop this past Friday morning. I really wish I knew her name, but the check out lady who helped us is seriously the nicest, sweetest worker I've ever met at a thrift store. Every single time we shop & she's there i leave smiling simply because of her. She is the most down to earth, easy to talk to person. Please give her a raise or promote her, whatever you need to do to ensure she stays at your establishment. She is in my humble opinion, a diamond in the rough & I can't wait to come back & shop because of her. Ma'am, if you read this.. Thank you for being such a kind soul. You bring so much joy to everyone around you! & the world needs all the joy it can get.
