Haight Carpet replaced our entire carpeting in our house. The entire process was seamless, with Jacob Stucky visiting our home for measurements, estimates, ordering, scheduling and communications. The price was outstanding, the installation team showed up on time, did a top-notch job and left the house spotless. Jacob kept us up to date throughout the entire process and made it stress free. Our sales person, Randy, was great, he explained the issue with our existing flooring and what type of flooring we needed to replace it with. The Haight showroom had tons of samples so no problem picking out something we liked. We did the transaction through Costco, which was seamless (Randy walked me through it via email, he was always quick to respond). The installers were great, they had to remove the existing baseboards and replace them - there was no marks or scratches at all to the wall or baseboards (they even re-caulked the baseboards). They also had to install molding under the cabinets since the original flooring was thinner. They did a really nice job on that part, photo attached.

We recently worked with Haight Carpet for a second time and their whole process and quality was amazing! Michael from the sales team helped us to finalize the carpet selection, and patiently walked us through the choices and pricing/financing, etc. Others from the team (including the owner) pitched in to help! They were all extremely friendly and not at all pushy - genuinely helped us out throughout the process! The carpet installers were very professional and completed the work within 2 days for the whole house carpet! The carpet was very well installed and looked beautiful and seamless! Very smooth and professional team work overall and very friendly crew! I would definitely work with Haight Carpet in future and recommend them!

I’ve relied on Haight 3 or 4 times over the last 20 years for a variety of carpeting jobs. Every time, they have been amazing. Most recently, Jacob Stucky was terrific to work with. When I needed to prepare my house for sale, Jacob worked with me to get a very competitive bid, and he kept me informed about the schedule for delivery and installation. The install crew also deserves a positive review because they worked hard during the hottest days of the month, and even worked extra hours over the weekend to meet my tight schedule. All in all, Haight provided a quality product and did outstanding work, so I am happy to give them a super review.

We used Haight to install LVP and tile throughout our home. This was a big project, and we were understandably nervous about choosing the right products and ensuring a high-quality, timely installation. Haight delivered on every front. We worked with Koleton to select the right flooring and develop a quote for the project. He spent a great deal of time in our home taking detailed measurements, listening carefully to our needs and concerns, and educating us about our options. We later visited the Haight showroom in Woodinville, where the front desk team and the owner already knew our names and the details of our project the first time we walked in. We explored the products further and asked approximately one million questions, all of which the team answered patiently and thoroughly. Koleton followed up with a detailed, line-item quote and took additional time to help us understand exactly what each item represented. There were no surprises. We received bids from several other well-respected flooring companies, but none offered the same level of detail, professionalism, and transparency as the Haight team. Ultimately, that made our decision an easy one. The installation crew assigned to our home was incredibly experienced and professional. Our project included removing all of the existing flooring, installing tile in two bathrooms and the laundry room, and installing LVP throughout our approximately 4,000-square-foot home. The entire project took just six days. The crew foreman, Stan, was an excellent communicator and a highly skilled craftsman. Each morning, he explained which areas of the house the crew would work in, which furniture they would move, and what they expected to accomplish that day. At the end of each day, we walked through the completed work and discussed the schedule for the following day. I really appreciated being able to review the progress daily and ask questions along the way. We are incredibly happy with the outcome. The floors look absolutely stunning, and we could not be happier with either the process or the investment we made in our home. We highly recommend Koleton, Stan, and his installation team, and everyone at Haight.
