The staff was attentive and responsive and helped me with the purchase of a filter for my refrigerator and Eddy was helpful with info about mattresses.

This was a very pleasant visit. I didn't get the women's name in part and service however, she was very nice and very helpful. I came in thinking, I owned a samsung refrigerator and turned out it was a whirlpool, and they actually work on whirlpool refrigerators. She was very knowledgeable about what could be going wrong with the the ice maker on refrigerator and she set up the appointment for the gentleman to come and check it and ordered the part. She was amazing, and she was very kind. I would recommend highly going to Haley's.

Noah is an excellent technician. He always knows just what is wrong and fixes it quickly. He is quick to offer alternative advice or suggestions when necessary. He is well mannered, trustworthy and I never feel uncomfortable with him in the house. He does his job well!

I will go nowhere else to purchase an appliance. The customer service is outstanding and the sales guys on the floor actually have knowledge of the product that they are selling. Go see Lucas in sales he’s exceptional.

The showroom is well laid out and has plenty of inventory available to see. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I spoke with Rebecca prior to coming in and worked with her once I got to the store. She was very helpful and showed me all the features of every washer I wanted to look at and had a great knowledge of each one which was very helpful to me. Ultimately, she helped me in the final decision and made the process easy for me and I feel like I made the best choice with the information she gave me. I have purchased appliances online before, but the level of service I received by showing up in person and seeing the options has a lot of value. I really appreciate Rebecca and her approach to helping me. One thing I have to add is the professionalism, kindness, and customer service is greatly appreciated. Rebecca was such a kind, nice person with a lot of knowledge about her products. I will definitely be going back to Hailey soon to replace my dryer as well.
