Google reviewers rate Haines Home Inspections five out of five stars based on 134 reviews, with the owner responding to 36 percent of them. Customers frequently cite punctuality, flexible scheduling, and clear communication as key positives, noting that inspectors provide thorough explanations of findings in plain language. Detailed, easy-to-understand reports are often delivered the same day, covering services like new home inspections and radon testing. One low-star review describes a missed appointment and unreturned phone calls, though this isolated incident contrasts with the overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding reliability and professionalism.

I had Robert inspect both of my new home purchases. He was able to work with my schedule on both homes and provided a thorough inspection. Highly recommend!
I chose Robert because he was happy when he answered! Even though other estimates were a little less, I got exactly what I paid for...a superb inspection. And there was a issue with time, he didn't fail to stay in contact to let me know what was going with that. Thank you Robert and God bless you in your business!
Very helpful, gave a very thorough inspection. He paid attention to all of the little details in our house and gave us a very detailed report.
Robert is a great inspector and went out of his way to help in a pinch.
I had the privilege of working with Haines Home inspection today and I was very pleased. Not only was I pleased with the work he was able to do but I was more pleased with his character, his communication so that I could understand what all was going on in the home and his flexibility. His inspection was great and thorough and I appreciated that. It's hard in today's time to find someone with integrity. So if you're looking for integrity and service, he is your inspector.
Robert was very prompt & courteous. Very thorough in his approach while inspecting the home I’m in the process of purchasing. Explained problem areas in terms that I understood. I would recommend him to anyone needed a home inspection.
