Very disappointed with Mia’s grooming experience. After bringing her home, I noticed redness and irritation under her arm as well as another irritated/scabbed spot on her body. Nothing was mentioned to me at pickup, which is especially upsetting. I trusted them to take care of my dog and expected better care and communication. 😣 Mia is part of my family, and seeing her skin like this after trusting someone else to care for her is extremely upsetting. I would not feel comfortable bringing her back.

My dog and I have been coming here for the past year, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the dogs they work with. My dog always comes home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and, most importantly, happy and comfortable. It’s clear they take their time and treat every pet with patience, kindness, and love. I also really appreciate how consistent they are—the quality of their work has been outstanding every visit. Finding a groomer you can completely trust is priceless, and I’m so grateful we found them. If you’re looking for a place that truly treats your pet like family, this is it. Five stars all the way!

Lola is my groomer, she's been my groomer for about 3 years now and I follow her wherever she goes. She just has a way with the senior pups and she does a terrific job

Our first time at the grooming salon. Had such a great experience. My dog has double coat and sheds a lot. Got the bath & brush package and they did such a great job with brushing him. You can just tell they took a lot of time with him in order to brush it all out because he came home super light and soft. Highly recommend for all fluffy dog parents in the area!

I have been bringing my dogs for over 4 years never had an issue. Lately with Taby the manager, which is very rude and unprofessional. Hope the owner of this place puts attention how employees will treat customers. Everyone else is 5 stars Taby 0 for being Rude, unprofessional and for future reference treat people with kindness and Respect. In bad times people appreciate that more than anything.

Our go-to pet salon, they do a great job with all our doggies hair, we have 3 and all different cuts, customer service is always great, very welcoming, they are usually busy, recommend setting appointments, and if your pet needs a quick last minute cut, call them, they are very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place to all our fur friends.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I told them to take their time with my dog and they did not. He was completely shaved, which we asked for, however, and they did such a rush job that he was nicked in several places. My dog was traumatized. He was shaking when i got there to pick him up, and it was several days before he started acting like himself. Nails were not trimmed, and he didn't smell like a dog that was freshly washed. It's hard to say what they did or didn't do as they had him somewhere in the back of the store. I have seen the staff there be very rough woth the dogs as well. This was brought up to management previously and I was assured that the issue would be addressed. Clearly it was not. I will never go back.
