We have had a Hale Pet Door for 20 years. We just had the flaps replaced and the workmanship and service was excellent and so appreciated. It’s not often that you can find such high quality items especially in a dog door but the Hale Pet Door is the top of the line and worth every penny. Our dogs use the door all day long and the double door flaps are so energy efficient and convenient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dog door.

Thank you for trusting Hale Pet Doors for 20 years! We’re thrilled to hear your door is still going strong and that you’re happy with our service. We truly appreciate your loyalty and recommendation!
I had a door installed for my two Beagles a couple of years ago. They made it work in challenging location. Today, I had the flaps replaced as well as other parts. After heavy use, it's like a new dog door again. If you want a pet door for the long haul that puts up with heavy use, this company is the one you want.

Good communication on when they would be showing up to my home. Took shoes off inside my home without being asked! Had someone drive a different size dog door to my home so we could still have it installed same day. Cleaned up after all work was done and explained everything and answered all my questions. Very happy with how our new in the wall dog door turned out!
