Hallmark Homes are highly respected and loved in this area. Where I came from, that's pretty rare. I've lived in my home for a year and really appreciate the quality of work, help when needed, and excellent communication. Austin answers questions and addresses concerns quickly. I'm very happy and confident recommending anyone looking to buy or build with them. (As you can see the star by my name, they don't hand that out willy nilly I know what I'm talking about).

Hallmark Homes makes incredible homes with great attention to detail! Carson was great to work with, was/is always available for any questions we had, gave us all the info needed to move into our new home, etc. We can't recommend him and hallmark homes enough!

We had a fantastic experience building our home with Hallmark! When talking to other people who had homes built with other builders, they are always surprised by how our experience with Hallmark compared to their experience… Ours was so much easier and smoother. We are very pleased with the quality of our home.
Building a home always involves some stress but Hallmark’s customer facing rep, Austin, helped every step of the way. He was so accessible and such a great person to work with. Not only that, but the one year warranty was handled so smoothly and easily, and we were able to fix anything that needed it.
We would definitely build with Hallmark again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a home in the Treasure Valley!

Was in contact for 10 days, the build wasn’t right. Transitions on new build didn’t match up. Decided to go another direction and Halmark jammed us for 100% of the earnest money and sold the house to someone else. Wouldn’t do business with them.
