I’ve used Hampton Auto Detail multiple times and have been extremely pleased with the results every time, but this latest visit really put them to the test. I recently bought a truck that had spent its life on a farm up north, and the interior was unbelievably dirty. It looked like it had never been cleaned, with years of dirt and grime built up throughout. When I dropped it off, Josh listened carefully to my concerns and assured me they would be addressed. When I picked it up, the results exceeded my expectations. The transformation was incredible, the interior looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Josh and his team are the best in the business. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really show, and I’ll continue trusting them with my vehicles for years to come. Highly recommend!

Great service !
I highly recommend, fair price, great end result and good customer service. My car looks even better than it did brand new.
I feel bad leaving this review because I had high hopes for this company. I reached out to these guys a few months ago via a Facebook ad to have my car polished and ceramic coated. I received a text within a day or so from Josh and he asked me what I was interested in having done, I told him, and then never heard back. I then followed up with a text a few days later and still nothing. If they aren't repsonsive from the very beginning, I doubt their service and communication moving forward is much better.
Jorge, I am so sorry that that's been your experience! I would be furious if I had been ignored like that! The truth is we were using a software for our business phone number for a while that sent out automated first messages and just didn't function right and we had several situations just like yours happen over the last few months because the software wasn't sending me all the texts for a while. We have since switched to a new phone software to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen anymore. If you are at all interested in giving us a shot to make this right, I promise I won't sleep until you feel like we've entirely fixed this situation and then some. My truck had awful water spots from my sprinklers. Josh and crew got them out and put a ceramic coat on the truck for me. Now my F-150 looks new again and it's 8 years old. I'm very happy with their work and can give them 5 stars ! Highly recommend Hampton.

Got my black 2026 colorado color corrected from micro scratches and a 5 year ceramic coating with this guy's and couldn't be happier with the results. To bad it rained on the day I got it done!
Josh and his brother did an amazing job on my 10 year old truck!! Not only got the ceramic coating they even went above and beyond to correct the paint chips that were poorly "retouched" by the previous owner. I was so happy to see my truck and even a week later it still looks great!! Will definitely call them again when needing some detailing done!!
