After just one acupuncture session and a proper hip stretch, my pain was completely gone! I had been in constant back pain for two months, and in about 30 minutes, Dr. Jeff relieved it. It was unbelievable. I will definitely continue seeing him!

He explains what he is doing, he asks questions and gives feedback, and I feel like I can be an active participant in my treatment which is important to me. Dr. Jeff is amazing! I have chronic back issues (20 surgeries) , am fused the majority of my spine and have been in pain for almost 40 years. In 2 visits I have got more pain relief by visiting his practice than I have doing anything else. I finally have some hope that I can get rid of at least some of this pain and enjoy my life again! Hi George. On your first visit, as you were relating all of your surgeries and the amount of hardware that has been added to your body, you briefly reminded me of Wolverine, just minus the claws. Many people come to me in pain, however it's more rare that someone has suffered as long as you have. I am so happy that your pain has finally reduced and that you can enjoy life a little easier now. As a veteran, I know what it’s like to live with chronic pain and just push through it. When I first started seeing Dr. Jeff at Hands for Healing Acupuncture, I was in so much pain that I honestly thought I was going to have to find another job because I couldn’t keep going like that. I’m not 100% pain-free, but the improvement has been life-changing. I can move better, function better, and my quality of life has improved more than I expected. Dr. Jeff truly listens, cares about his patients, and wants to help you get better.
