The owner of this shop is truly wonderful. One day, a part on our dryer broke, and when we went to the store to ask about it, he had it in stock. While we were paying, he asked if we planned to install it ourselves and then walked us through the installation steps—he was incredibly friendly.

Very friendly and great service.

Was sold a part that did not look like what I needed, But was told it would fit. When returning part because IT DID NOT FIT was charged 20%. Very poor customer service and I will take my business elsewhere and so should you. Best to wait a couple days and get it cheaper on line.

Extremely knowledgable. I will buy parts from him instead of online to support him and the knowledge he has. I hope he stays in business a long time. So helpful!

Great seller

What I ordered came quickly and the person helping me was friendly. I ordered the wrong part for my dryer door — which is on me — and he did say the order was final which, again, is on me. I do wish he had picked up on the fact I was green-lighting the purchase of a ‘plastic’ part when I had described to him the ‘glass’ shattering on the door. Wouldn’t have crossed my mind a piece of plastic was $80. But the reason for three stars is that had I bought this anywhere else, it would have been returnable, special order or not. Lesson learned. For what it’s worth, I know others who have had very good experiences with this place over the years so this isn’t a dig at the company — just letting you know to consider the return policy compared to other places.

I have been coming here on and off for years and have never had any issues or problems, only great advice and knowledge, I don't know these people personally but I can assure you that every time I was there they were busy and what one person said was a tv (I thought so too at first) is actually a open line to the other store, as far as prices being too high that guy must REALLY be mad! That's total bs, I'm extremely careful where I buy too save money and this place has very good, competitive pricing overall, nobody can have best prices on everything or they can't stay in business, Americans have become too impatient and lacking understanding, this is a busy and hectic world and running a store solo can be extremely difficult and stressful... chill America, they' take very good care of their clients as long as you don't have attitude and impatience.
