Haney Brothers Overhead Doors

Theodore was excellent at finding the issue with my broken garage door and walking me through the best replacement option. He helped me choose a new garage door that not only looks great with the house but is also made from stronger, better material for long-term use. He also worked with me on pricing and was fair when comparing another estimate, which really helped build trust in the whole garage door installation process. Theodore explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the experience easy from start to finish. The job was scheduled within a few days, and the installation was completed on time and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend this garage door installer to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement. I have already shared their contact information with a family friend.

Amazing garage door service. I manage rental properties in Netcong while living out of town, and many companies try to upsell extra garage door repairs when they know the owner is remote. This team was honest and saved me a lot of money. Two of the properties needed garage door service after another company said one opener needed a full motor replacement and the other home needed a completely new garage door. Instead, Theodore and Roger checked everything carefully, repaired the opener that was said to need replacing, and found that the other door only had a blocked safety sensor. Both garage doors were working properly again without unnecessary parts or major replacement. Very dependable, fair, and knowledgeable garage door technicians. I will keep using them for any garage door repair, opener service, or sensor issues.

We had 4 garage doors and 2 openers installed, and we have always been very pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and courtesy. Some of our projects were a little unusual because they replaced old warehouse doors, but the team handled every garage door installation and service call with care and skill. miguel took time to answer our questions and made sure any concerns were addressed. Their experience with door replacements, openers, and custom garage door work really showed. They are the only team i want to call when we need garage door repair, installation, or opener service in Netcong. theodore was also great to work with, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

I had one garage door drop and throw a cable off the drum, and two other doors also needed tune-ups, plus spring adjustments on all of them. Haney Brothers Overhead Doors sent Theodore and his assistant, and they did a great job while I was at work. My wife showed them each problem, and they took care of everything with skill and efficiency. They adjusted the springs, corrected the cable issue, and made sure every garage door was balanced and running smoothly. Now all the doors glide quietly with almost no resistance and can be opened with just one finger. I am extremely happy with the fast, professional garage door service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing repairs, adjustments, or overhead door maintenance in Netcong.

I highly recommend Haney Brothers Overhead Doors for garage door opener and overhead door service in Netcong. Another garage door company came out to reconnect my opener belt and quickly said the opener needed to be replaced for more than $800. That did not seem right, so I reached out for a second opinion. Leonard came to my home, inspected the garage door system, checked the opener, belt, and adjustments, and found that there was really nothing major wrong. He made the correct garage door opener adjustment, got everything working smoothly again, and had the door back in proper working order very quickly. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. Instead of pushing an unnecessary replacement, he took the time to diagnose the issue the right way and explain what was going on. The opener now runs properly, the door opens and closes as it should, and the whole service visit gave me real peace of mind. I will gladly recommend this garage door service to anyone who needs reliable help with an opener, belt repair, or general garage door maintenance. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience with this garage door installer. They were able to arrange a same-day service appointment for my garage door. Jorge was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He checked the problem, found a broken spring, and clearly explained what was needed for the repair. The spring replacement was finished quickly, and the garage door was running smoothly again before he left. He also shared helpful garage door maintenance tips, like keeping an eye on spring wear, listening for unusual noises, and making sure the opener and tracks stay in good working order. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how efficient the whole service call was. If I ever have another garage door issue in Netcong, I would feel completely confident using this garage door company again.

we wanted custom wood garage doors, so we contacted a few garage door companies for estimates. most of the quotes were very high, and several places tried to steer us toward different garage door products instead of the wood doors we really wanted. we understood the upkeep that can come with wood garage doors, but we already knew the style and material we wanted for our home. i stopped by one garage door showroom and asked for an estimate. i spoke with theodore, explained what we were looking for, and he got back to me quickly with a quote that was much more reasonable than the others we had received. we also liked their custom wood garage door options much better than the other designs we had been shown. once we moved forward, theodore came out to measure the garage opening and review the job site so the garage door installation would go smoothly. that extra step gave us a lot of confidence. the installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished the job without any problems. theodore also checked in at the start of the install to make sure everything was set up correctly. the team was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced with garage door installation. the new wood garage doors look beautiful, the garage door openers work great, and the wifi feature makes it very easy to control and monitor the doors from my phone. we are very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend them for garage door service and installation.

I compared a few garage door companies, and Haney Brothers Overhead Doors had very fair pricing. Theodore and Ayden were very helpful and asked several good questions to make sure I understood what to expect before buying my own parts for a garage door repair. They took the time to explain that spring and opener work can be dangerous if it is not handled the right way, and I really appreciated their concern for safety. Their guidance made the whole process easier and gave me more confidence about the repair. If I ever need a full garage door replacement, new opener, or more service in the future, I would definitely call again. I would also recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair or parts.

Haney Brothers Overhead Doors has been excellent to work with on many garage door needs, and i often recommend them to friends and family. When my garage door springs snapped, i could not get in or out of the garage, so i called for service and they set up an appointment for the next day. I also decided to replace the opener because of ongoing issues with the motor, sensors, and keypad. Within a day, i had new springs installed and a new belt-drive garage door opener with WiFi, camera, sensors, and keypad, all at a very fair price. Roger in the office was very helpful, and the technicians were on time, professional, and fast. They finished the garage door installation and repair work neatly, cleaned up everything, and made sure the door was running smoothly and safely. everything worked exactly as expected and even better, and i highly recommend their garage door service.

i highly recommend this garage door repair and installation team. i feel like i put them through just about every possible situation during our garage door project, and they handled everything with real skill and patience. Even before the garage door opening was fully ready in our renovated garage in Netcong, they came out to explain the different garage door options and help with a few tricky parts of the job. Their early advice was very useful because it helped us decide where to run the electrical lines, whether to set up for one overhead door or two, and the right width and height for the framing. That kind of pre-install support made the whole garage door installation process much smoother. When i was deciding between two door colors, they did more than hand me a small sample. They arranged for an actual garage door panel so i could hold it up and get a true idea of how it would look with the garage exterior. That extra effort really helped us choose with confidence. They stayed in touch the whole time and kept me updated about delivery delays in a clear and polite way. Once the new garage door arrived, they scheduled the installation quickly and got the job done right away. During the install, miguel noticed that the windows in the top section of the garage door were a little off center. Before i even mentioned anything, he pointed it out, contacted the manufacturer, and arranged for a replacement panel. I really valued that honesty and attention to detail. At the end of the work, they walked me through garage door operation, opener use, and basic maintenance so I would know how to keep everything working properly. Later, when I had trouble opening the door because of my own mistake, they answered the phone quickly and patiently explained how to correct it. The door itself was fine, and their support was just as helpful after the installation as it was before. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their customer service, communication, workmanship, and knowledge of garage doors and openers really stood out. It is rare to find a garage door company that works this hard, pays attention to the small details, and makes sure the customer is taken care of at every step. I would absolutely hire them again for any garage door repair, replacement, or installation work.
