Google reviewers rate Happy Cat Grooming 4.8 out of 5 based on 55 reviews, with the owner responding to 96% of feedback. Customers frequently praise the staff's patience, gentleness, and thoroughness when handling matted, anxious, or senior cats, noting the clean environment and ease of scheduling. Recurring services include full grooms, lion cuts, deshedding, and nail trims. However, low-star reviews cite a pattern of cats contracting ringworm after visits and complaints about unresponsive phone calls and texts.

The best of the best! We take our Persian cats here to be groomed and they are so patient, do the best job regardless of what kind of trim / style I want. Easy to communicate with and always ready for us at the time of our appointment.
Thank you for being our customer 👍 ❤️

Highly recommend this groomer! I came here with our cats who had painful mats in their fur. The groomers took care to be quick and efficient, but still took time to help our cats feel as comfortable as possible during what is inevitably a stressful experience for a cat. They took breaks when the cats started squirming, asked us to assist when they knew they were anxious, talked to the cats sweetly, and gave them treats to help through the process. Additionally, the groomers were excellent at listening to our requests and executing the exact style we were hoping for. One thing I really appreciated was that they had us wait in our cars while the cat before us was being groomed. It’s nice to know that each cat gets treated in a way that caters to making them feel comfortable and safe, even if it means keeping other cats out during the grooming. It’s been a couple days since the groom and I can already tell Soba feels better! He has been super energetic and happy, and it seems he knows how cool he looks too. 😆 It’s so hard to find groomers who will even take cats, let alone specialize in them. Definitely give Happy Cat a chance to impress you!

Excellent service! Super clean place. They treated my cat with love and care. I am about 45 mins away from them but make the drive because I have not been able to find a grooming place like this. I have tried many but non compare to them. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this groomer, they are so thorough. My cat had matted hair and they carefully detangled what they could and trimmed the rest off. She looks silky and smells so good.
