Very Unprofessional! Scheduled appointment and took off work. Arrived at his place and texted me he wasn't available now. Its incredible that all it would of taken is to text me night before or even this morning that something came up. I would of understood. However never responding until I am there is disrespectful of my time. AVOID HIM! NO EXCUSES FOR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL!
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, I was dealing with a serious family emergency at the time, along with an injury to my left arm, and had been awake for nearly 24 hours. My mind was overwhelmed, and I unfortunately failed to communicate with you as promptly as I should have. I take responsibility for that. I did reach out afterward, apologized, and genuinely offered to make things right because I never intended to disrespect you or your time. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to come to a resolution. I understand that unexpected situations can be frustrating, but I’m also human and sometimes personal emergencies happen despite our best intentions. I work very hard to provide my clients with a professional and positive experience, and I would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve this directly. At this point, I respect your decision, accept the situation, and wish you the best! :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, and I can honestly say Alex gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever received. Finding a therapist who truly understands the body and knows how to apply the right amount of pressure is incredibly rare, but Alex exceeded every expectation. I came in with a lot of muscle tension, discomfort, and pain, and by the end of the session I felt like a completely new person. The knots that had been bothering me for weeks were finally gone, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. I’m so grateful I found Alex. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping his clients feel their best. If you’re looking for an exceptional deep tissue massage, I can’t recommend him enough. I already can’t wait for my next appointment!

I'm already looking forward to your next visit, and I'll be ready to make sure you leave feeling just as amazing. See you soon!
I had my first deep tissue massage with Alex yesterday, and it was incredible. I told him my key areas of pain or tightness, and boy did he get in there and work hard on them. Great hands for total relaxation. Such a nice guy as well. Can’t wait to go back.

I had a wonderful experience with Alex. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, funny, and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. The massage itself was excellent—he worked through a lot of tension in my back and neck while making the entire experience feel comfortable and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better than when I walked in. The space was clean, private, and inviting. Thank you for such a great experience, Alex. Highly recommend!
