I have been happy and satisfied with the care and services Happy Hound has provided for my dog, Guapo. I have taken him to daycare several times and the experience has always been positive for my dog and for me. I have actually recommended them to several dog owner neighbors. However I recently took my dog for…
The staff really set this place apart. They’re kind, attentive, calm, and truly care for the pets. Within no time they all knew my pups name and they are so gentle with her. I’ve tried other places and my pup always came home shut down and anxious. Here she comes home relaxed and sleeps so good. Very happy I’ve…
These guys are great! We had a short visit to Emeryville and they kept Casey for several daycare stays. We are so appreciative of all the support we received. ❣️
My energized puppy had such a great first visit he didn’t want to leave. I appreciated the open, clean space, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I am SO happy I was referred to this place, and I would recommend Happy Hound to anyone who has a dog.
Wu-Sabi loves her times at Happy Hounds. Whether it’s just a day at “school” aka daycare, or a few days at “camp” aka boarding, she always comes home smiling and tuckered after lots of play time with her friends. Wu-Sabi is all smiles after a day at Happy Hound with all of her friends, both k9 and human!
We brought Higgins here for his evaluation and a daycare. He had a fantastic time! We loved watching him play through the webcam. We tried a handful of daycares in Seattle and this is by far the cleanest, most professional, and most loving place. We plan to enroll him in training, and bought a 10 class pass for…
Just brought in our newest rescue pup to meet the staff and get introduced to the facility. Ollie was amazing with her ~ so happy to be back at Happy Hound!
Our pup absolutely loves Happy Hound! We did a short board and train with her and had a wonderful experience. Since then she goes to daycare regularly and comes home happy and exhausted. They make an effort to be so transparent about what goes on while our furry loved one is under their care - we love being able to…
We love Happy Hound. We feel that they truly care for our pet while we are away. We get weekly report cards on how our dog is doing and they very helpful and fun to read.
I really like Happy Hound! The staff is amazing. They're always courteous, nice, helpful and willing to help. They know my dog's name and my dog absolutely loves going there. The facility is pretty big and there are separate areas for dogs depending on their size. They also have cameras in all the public areas where…
Huge shoutout to Happy Hounds! I’ve been bringing my black Lab/German Shepherd mix, Pablo, here every Friday for the past four years, and he absolutely lives for it. He’s always so stoked to get there and comes home happy and tuckered out every single time. Adrienne and Minnie are the best—they’re awesome with the…
Happy Hound requires new customers to pay $80 for a first-day assessment. To be fair, they were transparent about the cost, and my dog did appear to be treated well during her time there. Their facilities are clean. Offering webcam access is a nice touch. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor…
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. A woman walked over to my dog and said”you want to be here”. And the dog was eager to go with her. When they led her into the back to join the other dogs I thought - this is it. The moment of truth. She said let me have her for 5 minutes. In 2 minutes she…
I have been taking my dog here since May and the staff is awesome. Very friendly and will let you know if anything is going on with your pup that needs attention. I drop of my pup and I feel comfortable and not worried. I was very skeptical of bringing my dog at first because he has never been to a day care, but it…
We have been sending our puppy here since she was 3 months old. She enjoys it and is happy being here. The staff is awesome and the place is well maintained and safe. Highly recommend. Pricing is reasonable too.
Happy Hound offers some good things: their staff is genuinely kind, communication is consistent, and they tried to help with my dog’s anxiety—suggesting nap routines and offering behavioral insights. I appreciated the effort. But ultimately, it wasn't the right place for my dog. Watching the live feed, he seemed…
If you’re on the fence I’d definitely go for it! I’ve been brining my dog here 2-3 times per week for the past few years and she has a blast every single time she goes! Plus, she’s a bit of a ham and a cuddler lol so the staff is always great about saying hello and giving her pets at pick up and drop off. I’d highly…
