Really liked the repair of my fence. The workers came at the appointed time and took all the damaged fence with them when they finished. Would highly recommend them for any fencing, or fence repair that needs to be done.

I would like to apologize to Harco for my initial review. I wrote it while I was frustrated, and in hindsight it did not accurately reflect the quality of their work.
The reality is that the workmanship and overall quality of the completed project were excellent and would be difficult to match. My frustration stemmed primarily from communication challenges that occurred during the project. Effective communication is a shared responsibility, and I recognize that I was also partly at fault for the breakdowns that occurred.
I have referred Harco to others in the past and will continue to do so with confidence. They produce high-quality work, and I appreciate the effort and professionalism they brought to the project.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you were happy with the fence and deck work itself.
We do want to clarify that irrigation systems are not marked through utility locates and are not covered under our contract, which was discussed prior to the project. In many cases, their exact location is unknown during installation.
That said, we did discuss the irrigation line with you and still sent someone out to repair it at our cost of $168.25 in an effort to go above and beyond, even though it falls outside of our responsibility.
We take pride in our work and the overall experience we provide. Given that you were happy with the final project, we do not feel a 1 star review accurately reflects the full scope of the work completed, especially for a small, family owned business.

We fenced in a large part of our property and Harco was so easy to work with! We have a lot of rock and uneven ground and they did a seamless job. We really appreciated their timeliness, professionalism and the way they left the job site when finished. They were thoughtful and very fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Ten out of Ten! Highly recommend. Harco bid the job within 24 hours of phone call and bid was received shortly after. We made a small change and the bid was lowered and was the lowest we received and very reasonable. Harco sent us to the decking supplier who praised their workmanship. Just a 3 week wait until installation. Crew arrived on time each day and got right to work. Crew carefully moved items we left on the deck. Craftsman level work and they used levels and plumb bobs! Full width boards at beginning and end of deck - no cut boards. Jobsite cleaned up each day. Crew adjusted the deck height a few inches from the previous deck removing the step down. Crew had to dig up a downspout drain to install a footing and they put it back when done. Crew put furniture back on deck at end of job.
Passed city inspection with flying colors. Harco was highly praised by inspector - who said he very rarely finds any issues with their work. Again, we highly recommend Harco.
