This is my first personal injury case, and I have been having a very difficult time communicating with my lawyer. Despite sending numerous emails and making several phone calls, I have received very few responses. I did not receive the examination dates related to the no-fault case, and Harding Mazzotti also informed me that they had not received them. However, I was concerned that the law office did not take appropriate action or provide a clear response regarding this matter. It has now been more than two weeks since my lawyer sent an appeal letter to GEICO, and I have not received any update or communication from Harding Mazzotti regarding the status of the appeal. I have been contacting the law office about these issues repeatedly since April, but I have not been given a clear update or seen any apparent progress on my case.
